If they get phoenix I'm pretty sure they will do better. I know a fuckton of people who were bad parents but in their quest to redeem themselves became awesome grandparents.
It's not always the case ofc but here I see it as a possibility.
They fucked up once (twice) and had plenty of time to go over what they did wrong.
They maybe won't be great but they are at least stable and a bit older than trainwreck nikki.

Honestly, has anyone in the Jackass crew done well enough that it seems like they’ve won the game of life? Maybe that scene is the epitome of “no news is good news”.

It's been a while since I saw the Vice Documentary on his first attempted comeback but it was when he announced Nikki was pregnant and I always got the impression that Ape and Phil were really hopeful that this was the thing that was going to bring him back down to earth and seemed really supportive at the time.

Then again, being the enabling retards that they are his parents and brother went with him on the nine club while his entire life was falling apart and they both put on their best plastic smiles and acted like everything was fucking golden.

Don’t know much about the art game, so I can’t really judge. Having said that, my impression is of elementary school kids doing art. 8th graders at most.

In every photo I have seen of Phoenix, he looks one step removed from Alfred E. Neuman; which leads me to assume there is sufficient developmental disability that Phil and Ape literally cannot enable him to squander his potential to the extent they did with Jesse and Brandon. The problem is that any Bam-adjacent environment is too chaotic to afford the stability the kid needs to be molded into something other than a perpetuation of its parents' or other role models' greatest weaknesses. The kid would need to be raised on Mars to avoid the negative influences competing for his attention. Now that I think of it, that can be said for anyone who didn't ask to be here.

Johnny Knoxville is the only one that attempted to have a normal acting career. However he’s 53 and looking at his IMDb, he gets only bit parts here and there, likely making just enough for a middle class lifestyle. The bar of success is low and nobody really thinks about Jackass much these days. Which is funny when people are surprised that the Bamster is fat ass err I mean flat ass broke. Nasty Nikki is currently finding that out the hard way as dreams of getting six figure alimony and child support payments per annum ain’t gonna happen.

As mentioned in this thread previously, Dicamillo also settled into a quiet life being a husband and father. He works in the restaurant industry in some capacity and is by all indications very happy:

Steveo mentioned in his podcast recently that Dico has actually reached out to him for advice because he might be interested in finally coming back to comedy.

Dico even offered to come on his podcast and being the massive faggot that he is, Steve told him he wouldn't book him on the show until he had something to plug.

He does have a YouTube channel but he only updates it sporadically. And oddly enough he showed up in a weird regional commercial recently and you can't convince me this might not be some weird Kaufman angle he's working:

Also worth mentioning, Rake's wife died about a year ago. She killed herself after a long mental health struggle.
