I don't hang around those people. I chase those people away. I have in the past, whipped out my phone, went to the Butcher of Ardmore's thread and shown them the atrocity being done. I have exposed people to those horrifying photos and I tell them this is what they're supporting. You'd be surprised how many people fold. Those people cannot stand being considered the bad guy, so I just humiliate them and make them look like idiots until everyone turns to my side.

Nope. My friend group is surprisingly large and only gets bigger because I make the effort to actually spend time with people. I usually am out and about most days and nights.
I'm not nice to these people. I go out of my way to be brutally mean to them unless someone asks me not to. I'm not afraid to make fun of them at all. So normally they just stay out of my way. I surround myself with the people I want to be around. That's how I roll.

I think there's a lot of truth to this tbh, but I also think the best way to stop indulging these people is to basically ice them out. I think they thrive on attention, so even getting in arguments with them gets them off in some way, but just sort of blithely ignoring them, not inviting them to group events, hitting them with white woman-style passive aggression ends up being more effective (and makes it easier for you to remain part of institutions that offer you a lot of financial security). If you ever browse /r/mtf you'll see TiMs all suffer from this (justified) paranoia that everyone is just indulging them in their delusions but nobody takes them seriously - you can absolutely confirm those suspicions simply by never inviting them to things or approaching them, basically hitting them with the ol' incel treatment.
