I think Arizona is both an easier and more valuable target. Nevada managed to send Republican Lombardo into the governor's mansion in 2022 and the party made a stink about the election laws by binding their delegates to a caucus instead of the state-mandated primary (hence the two contests earlier this year). I don't know how much that'll ultimately amount to, but I'd wager it'll be more than the state that still has Democratic Hobbs as governor.
Another note: Nevada I find doesn't have enough votes to carry much weight in trying to calculate the potential coalition that sends Kamala to the White House. Image attached is what I think the most plausible paths for a Kamala victory are, and it basically says that Nevada only matters if the Democrats lose Nebraska's 2nd congressional district. By contrast, Pennsylvania + Michigan + Arizona would get Kamala to exactly 270.

Those Asians still vote Republican to this day. The reasons why Asians as a group shifted to the left is because we stopped importing South Vietnamese, South Korean, and Taiwanese refugees and started importing CCP elites and Indian socialists.
