If grandparents move in they'll see first hand that Nick and Kayla sleep till afternoon, leaving kids to figure out breakfast and lunch however they can by themselves. They will feed them and clean them and do house chores while 2 useless sloths are either sleeping or literally coping and lamenting their legal situation during conscious hours.

He was crying over people griefing him about goin to the tattoo show. A probation officer will be on his ass.

"Hey Nick, saw part of your show last night, stop on in today for a random urine test."

"Hi Nick, coming by to check your house."

And on and on and on. Slightest bit of guff or trying to big league the PO....BAM....probation violation
I would rather go to jail for a month than be on probation for a year. On probation you are their bitch. They can come in at anytime and if you break the slightest rule or even if they just say you did, you are in jail with no due process for the length of your probation. For someone as belligerent as Nick, probation is a jail cell with his name on it.

State law is crystal clear that you're not going to get it (unless one of the 3 of them are dumb enough to sign a release).
And actually, it's not as clear cut as you're saying.

I'm pretty sure I've heard some very serious allegations that Aliesha Sweep lied under oath and that the police literally planted fucking evidence in his bedroom. Were there any other acts of malfeasance reported by Nick Rekieta about the conduct of officers that night?

He might plea out just to stop it from going into evidence. It's crystal clear that I need consent from anyone, not that I won't get it.
Not a practicing lawyer, but my read of the law seemed to indicate that if the footage was to be introduced into court as evidence, it could then be released as well (without consent).

Nick, have a cake to celebrate the return of the children.

I do not condone or endorse crossing the line into IRL alogging, but seeing Nick's reaction to this cake would be something, and the hypothetical thought makes me chuckle uncontrollably.

Whether or not he gets an Alfred Plea

Alford. Alfred works for Batman, and Alford work for 'bad men' like Nick.

I eagerly await the unintended consequences of Nick's big brain manouvre.

The in-laws move in and give him grief about their living style and/or pressure Kayla into being more of a real wife and mother.

Also, the 'damn kids' and their school activities! The sheer amount of driving that he has to do and the accompanying stress push him to stream less and snort more cocaine.

TL;DR Nick has not found a healthy way to resolve his own issues, so they will simply return and lead to another explosive blow out again. We just need to wait.

And actually, it's not as clear cut as you're saying.

I can testify that I have heard disturbing rumours about the integrity of the Kandyohi County police force or CPS agents' integrity. I, as a concerned member of the public am not sure that if I had to interact with them that all laws would be followed. I have heard multiple reports of misconduct by a lawyer in good standing with the bar that have reinforced these beliefs.

The best thing to dispell these concerns would be a totally transparent disclosure of the interactions of these agents with the esteemed lawyer.

Do you think thr police would consent after the case is resolved, as a final resort?

He has "hinted" that the drugs may have been planted. Trying to say it by not saying it, so to speak. Chrissie Mayr interview for example.

Has he outright alleged that the warrant was served improperly or that the officers conducting his vehicle stop lied to him in any way? Might be a fun weekend project for an enterprising kiwi to see if they could find a statement about either of those

Okay that's interesting. I was only looking at the BWC statute itself which would seem to narrow it to people present (including county employees) but it appears the agency does have the ability to reclassify as public.

The actual statute says "widespread rumor or unrest" but Nick has made arguments in his cases that he is such a famous and prominent guy with hundreds of thousands of subscribers he needs to be treated differently. :story:

Yes. He claimed that the officers conducting the raid knew the probable cause for the search was "bullshit".

Kayla's parents live locally. They'd have to have been exceptionally uninvolved grandparents to be unaware that care of both the house and the children was sorely lacking.

I think CPS has made a huge mistake giving those children back, he's shown no acknowledgement that he has done anything wrong and will only go back to doing what he was doing. He's still getting tattoos and fucking the maid. My only guess is that he'll fuck up soon after and lose them again.

I think he spoon fed his daughter cocaine. I have no idea why that drug test was not considered.
