Logan Paul and KSI combined only own 40% of the brand. The remaining 60% is owned by Congo Brands, which is the defendant in this case. Logan Paul nor KSI were not listed in the Prime Hydration lawsuit filed by Refresco despite being shareholders. But that does not mean they are safe since we all know what Logan Paul and KSI are doing outside of the Prime Hydration business.
In terms of the details of this lawsuit, Refresco claimed that Prime Hydration, via. Congo Brands, breached a 3 year contract to order and manufacture 18.8 million 12-pack cases of 16.9 ounce Prime products annually in their Trudesdale, Missouri bottling plant until the end of 2026. Reportedly, Congo Brands allegedly dipped out on the contract when demand for the Prime Hydration brand was falling.
