I guess you can look at it in two ways.

1. She's saying he's not a good enough fuck/exciting enough in bed to be a hook up/FWB.

2. She's saying she sees him as the complete package, and not just someone to have casual sex with.

It was a dumb thing to say IMO, but I think she meant option 2. If she didn't find him attractive, or she is not satisfied by him in bed, why marry him? Obviously that does happen in the case of gold diggers, but I don't think that's what's going on here. I think she just made a really bad attempt at a compliment that was the equivalent as "you're not as fat as the other birds I've fucked".
