The thing is the article starts with "stalker website" but then it's just about how Nick got busted for coke and says the government is lying about the case.

So it does kinda make sense someone is trying to get the news as a source to use for an open court than just internet people wanting it.

Nothing ever happens so it'll be closed. If it's not streamed, can we get transcripts?

Here’s the Fox 9 KMSP Facebook page too: https://www.facebook.com/share/GT45WdAB6o3KaepY

The article doesn’t appear to have been posted there but it may show up. Regional news outlets like this tend to get the most engagement through Facebook comments since the audience is mostly boomers.

To be fair, those are two different scenarios. In his case it was just a bunch of trannies trying to get him disbarred as an act of retaliation because nick sided against dropkiwifarms.
I misread what Nick was saying, he was accusing them of malpractice in his case, I thought he was saying that they had multiple malpractice accusations lodged against them from other parties.

The truth is, Nick is being fucking stupid here.

I think it was Sean who was talking about his time as a Guardian Ad Litem, and he was explaining that often times a huge benefit for all involved is that these lawyers know the local judge, the local agencies and the people who work with them. Nick was probably tearing his hair out wanting them to be as belligerent as possible, when they were likely just using their intimate knowledge of the local "system" to get things done. The lawyer probably knows what the judge is going to say, so there is no point arguing the toss when the results are the same:

You are going to have to comply to get your kids back.

Nick is reminding me of Sarah Boone at this point, and for someone who has so little court room experience it's embarrassing to see him act like he's some sort of courtroom operator.

I still miss the old Nick, bros :(
Old Nick was an illusion. You have to wake up @FedPostalService. OLD NICK WA S LIE.

I just love how the articles about Null's request of footage call Kiwifarms a "Stalking" website. Fair and balanced media. I guess Kiwifarms is worse than a druggie that neglects his kids.
They can't just let the farms come out and let ANYONE distribute information thereby pushing a narrative! That's their job!

Granted, the youtubers probably get more views than the local fox affiliate, but boomer judges still get impressed by the local tv station.
To be fair to the Boomer Judges, the viewers of the local news affiliate are 1000x more likely to be local residents they actually care about.

The vast majority of the people who'd catch a youtuber video on Nick drama won't be in that Judge's jurisdiction.

The Fapcop Romance Arc would be the best Nick timeline. Guaranteed.

Think of how excellent it would be - Fapcop making his journey to Nick's crackhouse, eluding the FapFBI and FapCIA as they try and stop him due to some Barnes-tier conspiracy, along with Catgirl also after him to ensure he doesn't seduce the cow.

Shenanigans ensue, but he will do all he can to win over our wife and human fleshlight... or die trying.
@Sharpeteer I swear if you edit me into a buddy-cop movie next to @Fapcop I will track you down and gift you mediocre tasting, home brewed sugar wine. I will then insist you tell me what "notes" you taste in the wine despite the wine being bland and lacking flavor beyond "sweet" and "alcohol".

It will be incredibly awkward.

Your current pfp really makes that pop.

Nick didn't seem to even understand the structure of that court or the rules by which it operates. In his own mind, he seemed to treat it like a criminal court. But it really isn't. Nick doesn't understand that its very different legal process with different standards of evidence and far less protections than are present in a criminal court.

Objections are mostly useless because its not a trial. The process is for CPS to set out a reasonable set of conditions for returning the children to the parents and for the parents to meet those conditions.

This implies that Nick even understands criminal court.

There is no lolcow in these lands... It pains me.

NGL it fits pretty well. We've got the Crackheads Court along with Cuckholds of Minnesota DLCs for the Degenerate's dungeon.

Crackhead's court:
In these recent years my home was a hive of unbridled hedonism, a roiling factory where coke and cum were snorted in wild abandon.

A bewitching parasite slipped in amidst the swarm of numerous jigolos. Though outwardly retarded, I could sense in her a crackhead's thirst. Driven half-mad by cuckholding and LSD I plotted to co-opt this nascent degenerate in a grand display of swinger sport.

But as the moment of initiation drew nigh, my most troublesome child revealed herself in all her adolsent prudishness…

Mercifully, the dreadful encounter resolved itself in my favor, and I set to work pursuing degeneracy in its most freebased forms. The air pulsed with anticipation as I revealed the unnatural terroir of the house vintage.

But my exultation was cut short as the attending cokeheads were intruded upon by an orgy of scandivian prudes. A single drop of that forbidden glitter gifted themwith a dizzying glimpse of a "hideous horror" around my estate, and in that moment, I understood the terrible truth of Kandiyohi county.

I stood released, molted by brief incarrseration, my head throbbing to the growing whine of conspiratous cops come to size the tainted crack… of The Degenerate's Dungeon.

Cuckholds of Minnesota DLC:
'The poor Imholte— thrice a victim. The swingers took his respect, I took his wife, and now, uncountable lines later, Elissa Clips has taken his viewers. My only regret is that I did not live to see that decrepit degenerate smashed to pieces by the muscled men I hired from beyond the Caribbean.
There are balldos twsiging on my testicles!
No! My crack is mine alone! Only I can snort it!
Not me! I am a practicing lawyer !

Coke cleaves away the rationale instincts!
CC trinket set: "Even the children were in on it."
