New York Supreme Court Justice Christina Ryba accepted the arguments made by Democratic voters and supported by Clear Choice PAC, a pro-Kamala Harris group seeking to combat third party candidates, which claimed Kennedy violated state law by listing a New York address as his residence on the petition despite living in California.
Despite running a national level campaign, New York says RFK can’t qualify to be put on the pres ballot because… he isn’t really a NY resident?
The judge should be disbarred over this jfc

We've tried. Believe it, we've tried.
Yeah as I acknowledged later my point was that we in the western world have developed ways of raising cattle that is not only efficient, but good for the planet and the soil.
It seems to be a recurring pattern where something is determined to be a problem, and it's put on the US citizens and other western countries to "address" it, but further investigation reveals we add little to the burden if anything.
For example,
Claim: cattle contributes greenhouse gases and thus herds should be culled and we should eat bugs and soyslop.
Reality: Cattle being bad for the environment is a tenuous claim at best (especially given that the herds of bison that used to be in the US were many times larger than our current cattle population) and in fact we have developed incredibly efficient ways of raising cattle, and are furthering research into regenerative agriculture to further make sure our crops are raised in a way that's healthy for the soil as well (as opposed to monocropping which erodes soil). The best help we can give locally in this regard is providing education and resources for our ranchers to shift to regenerative agriculture at scale and encourage consumers to buy meat locally from said ranches if they can afford it. We do better than most, are leading by example, and culling herds is not a viable solution especially given the importance of animal foods for preventing stunting and malnutrition. Most of the issue with inefficiency and poor herd management is in Africa and some parts of India (if I remember right). Which, as pointed out, is not our problem nor our responsibility.

I've seen similar issues with pollution where a huge chunk is coming from China and yet those in the western world are being forced to shift to electric cars and solar and wind, and same with plastics where most plastic going into the ocean is via India and yet it's Americans who give up plastic straws and single use plastic bags for groceries.

I'm not saying we don't contribute at all to any issue (and I include large chunks of Europe in this also) but the blame always seems to be placed squarely on America and Europe and the penalties and responsibilities put on the civilians instead of the third world shitholes or at least the large corporations who could be encouraged to seek productive alternatives who do far more damage than any given middle class individual.

Perhaps it's just senseless whining on my part, or there are efforts being taken to encourage addressing of these issues where most of the problems are actually originating, but this is a pattern I've noticed especially in the last few years. Instead of the pareto principle being applied, people who contribute barely anything to the larger problem get punished.

From all the things coming out about Waltz, he and Harris are peas in a pod. Absolutely the best choice for her, probably not for America.

We didn't get a Night of the Long Knives in 2016. Why are people with TDS so retarded?
They’re already retarded or completely indoctrinated though. Vote Blue voters would have made up the Outer Party in 1984. Look how effortlessly they move in lockstep (perhaps in goosestep) with the media.

No need for all those words. Cattle do not emit net CO2 because the carbon they emit came from the air, filtered through the plants they ate. It’s a closed cycle.

Enough reminiscing about Obama, let's watch some footage of Tim Walz using the National Guard in May, 2020, to enforce a COVID curfew on citizens doing nothing, instead of going downtown and stopping the Floyd riots. Here we see them shooting people with paintball guns for absolutely no reason at all except that they were outside on their porches:

At the height of COVID insanity and the George Floyd riots in 2020, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz deployed the National Guard to enforce a curfew against Minneapolis residents.

Video footage from May 2020 showing police officers and National Guard forces shooting paintballs at residents standing on their porch is sweeping social media.

“Go on. Go inside,” police shouted at residents.

“Get in your house now. Let’s go,” they continued.

“Light them up,” one yelled.

Police officers proceeded to shoot paintballs at the residents watching from their porch.

"Factcheckers" are rating this false because "er it was TECHNICULLY because of the riots, not covid" but as I understand it, Walz used the "emergency" status from covid to pull it off, while the riots also were going on (in a different part of town) at the same time.

The media astroturfing for kamalol is pretty strong. Talked to numerous trumpers who think trump will have a hard time vs her. They of course are all normies who use FB and TicToc almost exclusively. I have to remind them that Hillary was obliterating trump in the polls and was going to win the presidency right up till about 2 hours before she lost.

It doesn't really matter. It's the National Guard shooting stuff at citizens. I've actually never seen this footage and it's highly disturbing. They don't even say "if you don't go inside we are going to make you go inside with this here paintball gun," the order is given to shoot and then the civilian is shot. The fact that a National Guard member was okay with this at all is very thunk-provoking.

If a Republican governor did anything like this, we'd hear everyone bitch and moan about Kent State (which I could sperg about for hours).

>well-spoken

I’ve never understood this. Obama is not a good speaker, he sounds fucking terrible and does that retarded shit of trying to sound smart by taking 20 minutes to explain a 5 minute idea or just talking in vague platitudes.
It's that he was extremely charismatic. He could say the same things every other politician did, say nonsense, or literally admit to be Dick Cheney's cousin and it didn't matter he said it in a way that made people like him. Even if you don't like him you can tell he's charismatic.
Bill Clinton got whacked in his first term and then spent his second term doing good bipartisan politics. He was fiscally responsible and he was willing to tell ghetto black people they were retarded (the famous "Sista Soulja moment"). I'm not going to defend his other whackadoo shit, of which there is plenty, but there are layers to his presidency.
Layers of bodies from the corpses his presidency piled up.
Holy shit how tall is Baron going to get. Is he trying for NBA.

This is actually disgusting

Yeah I have seen some shit especially in the last 4 years and even by my highly jaded standards this is very alarming stuff.

First there's that he chose to have the NG march through a neighborhood where fucking nothing was happening, instead of going downtown and putting out some literal fires.

Second there's the fact that they are just firing on people who are again, doing fucking nothing, with precious little warning.

Third there's that it's not to stop people doing crimes but just to keep them inside.

I could go on. This should be the biggest story in the election right now. If those Trump campaign people are reading here please ffs get this up the chain to your boss right now. It's extremely urgent that we stop this happening ever again in our country.

I am not defending Waco by any means, nor do I mean to gloss over what happened.

I suppose it could be argued that the National Guard were protecting the nice areas from looting, but that is giving the benefit of the doubt.

IMO, Trump could go out there and point out all the COVID hypocrisy carried out by Democrats as an appeal to emotions. There are people, right now, who are old enough to vote but had the end of their childhood ruined by the COVID policies of Biden and other Democrats. Utilize that.

At least people on this site go out and touch grass once in a while.
Speak for yourself, sunlover!

He was never an E-9.

He was "frocked" the rank(but not the pay grade) of Command Master Sergeant, but an actual promotion to E-9 was contingent upon him completing a training school, and remaining on active reserve for a certain number of years.

As soon as he heard the beat of war drums, he promptly dropped out of the training program, and retired from active reserve status.

His frocked rank was stripped from him as soon as the paperwork was processed which indicated that he did not meet the necessary criteria for official promotion to E-9 pay grade.

And yet he still continued to claim that rank while being well aware that he had not earned it, and it had not been awarded to him.

Utterly disgraceful.
Walz is the guy who worked at Taco Bell 2 years slinging chalupas, then got promoted to Manager-In-Training, did that for 2 weeks, quit, and then puts on his resume he was a Manager at Taco Bell.

She's got the "Vote Blue No Matter Who" base down.

I wonder if some older idiots quite literally do "vote blue no matter who" and are voting the wrong way? Because Republicans used to be blue until all the MSM decided to switch the colours in 2000 for some reason. Red has always previously been for left-wing parties.

It's fucking scary how fear can make faggot pussy niggers people turn evil in a heartbeat.

I suppose there's a silver lining in that actions like that only serve to push people towards getting red pilled.
