It feels like the Kamala train is starting to run off the tracks. The "everything is fine just ignore the world" line she's running with is being rejected wholesale by anyone who isn't an NPC.

Unfortunately there are far more NPCs than people seem to realise. Fortunately NPC doesn't mean left-wing so some of them will be voting for Trump.

Trump says he is going to terminate the Dept. of Education. Genuine question to those who agree- Why do you support this, and how do you think it will play out?

I totally get the push back on gender ideology in schools and I also agree that, in its current state, our public education system is rapidly deteriorating overall and is already in shambles in a lot of places. I also cannot see how eliminating the DOE would help the latter though.

Not hating, I want to hear your opinions

In my opinion - government shouldn't be in schools really but I accept with the rise of loony teachers that want to teach kids things that they are too young to worry about, some govt oversight might be needed to keep some semblance of structure in there.

I think it should be on a state by state basis tho. Then all the states can tailor education to their personal preferences. The one-size-fits all approach doesn't really work.

I really hope Trump starts with the Blitzkrieg soon on getting Harris to do interviews/take questions soon. I have a feeling she might even bomb worse then Biden if its anything off script.

The only downside (depending on how you look at it) is that it would REALLY kick off the great filtering of Red/Blue by states even more as white people migrate to hunt down the best school systems.

My classic example is the Federal Reserve; I want it abolished. Actually, I do want it around, with only a single function: provide emergency loans to insolvent banks, at punitive interest rates, something like prime rate +3000 basis points. However I know if you kept the Fed around, they'll eventually grow back into the monster they are today, with increasing powers, being used to solve problems they aren't supposed to solve... because that's exactly what happened after being established in 1913.

Semi-relevant quote:

"Admiral Spire, it is said that heresy is like a tree: its roots lie in darkness, while its leaves wave in the sun. You can prune away its branches, even cut the tree to the ground, but it will grow again ever stronger. Such is the nature of heresy, and why it is so difficult to destroy. Some may question my right to destroy a world of ten billion souls, but those who truly understand, realize that I have no right to let them live! No sacrifice is too great, no treachery to small." - Inquisitor Horst (Battlefleet Gothic: Armada)

This was just after the Trump vs Biden's Dying Body debate, and before his (pre-recorded) address where he talked about moonshots and battle boxes. We had a conversation that his face looked... off. Otterly chimed in and there was talk of it being a transient ischaemic attack. Then they lied, yeah, called it Covid (fucker never wore that mask.)

They rushed him to Las Vegas to be hospitalized and then he spent his days in Delaware until he told the world he's a massive coward but will still stay in office (for some reason.)

What can you really expect, though? Truths will rarely be told to the public when it comes to things, it'll just make them start questioning the narratives being sold.

I think it's safe to say him dropping out of running is related to this injury or sickness, and any talks of covid shots was a bunch of bullshit. He's probably rough right now. Not even their best science can help him out at this point.

I thought he had a stroke right before the debate, his right eye was drooping when he came out on stage. Maybe it was a TIA, maybe it was more serious. The only thing for sure is the White House and prominent Dems would lie about anything like that, and the MSM will play right along with them as long as possible.

Even the hardcore NPC's are struggling with it as their day to day gets harder. The thing about willful ignorance is you need to be able to look away. When your trying to do that with your grocery bill, it chips away a little confidence every time. Doesn't matter if you try to convince yourself that your grocery bill doubling is 'Normal' when you're running out of money every month, dipping into savings or debt. Its not gonna a Kamala fanatic into a MAGA chud, but it does push people to disengage from the constant software updates and propaganda. They go from screaming maniacs to occasionally hitting 'like' on a friends political post so they don't get grilled by true believers.

Trump morphing into giant mech that flies into space and destroys the entire earth is a 2016 campagin promise he still owes us.

Kamala Harris is a historically unpopular human being. She literally fucked her way to the top and failed at every single task she's ever been trusted with. If she wins this election, which I do not believe she will, then this country deserves all the misery they voted for.

Kamala's worst enemies right now are cameras and time. The longer she's in the race the more she's despised. Whenever she speaks half of the country gets nauseous.
