What the heck is going on with her model? Was this an issue with Altmer models in Skyrim?

lol funny enough this was an issue I'd have when I had first started modding Oblivion.

In my case it was always Dark Elves heads that wouldn't match the skin tone that would show through outfits. I think it's cause I had conflicting mods, for this I assume they haven't finished all the models for that dress or something.

If I recall correctly it's an issue that results from changing a character's appearance in the creation kit but not exporting a file for their head afterwards. I don't remember the specifics, but the fact that I know about it at all is a testament to how amateurish of a mistake/cut corner it is.

New Skyblivion Preview if anyone cares
Did anyone actually think this would be good? I mean besides the mod worshiping normies. Remember the golden rule, mods as big as this will either never come out or will be absolute dog water. I have a special hatred for Beyond Skyrim specifically but I digress. Skyblivion at least looked playable...which isn't really a complement. Then again why am I complaining? I was never going to play it in the first place. *yawn*

I liked the idea of Skywind or even Morroblivion just to coerce my normie friends into finally experiencing Morrowind, but I knew better than to expect anything.

At this point I'd prefer exported hi-res maps of Vvardenfel's exterior and interior cells for tabletop play so I can just trick them into it.

It doesn't look that bad to me. What's wrong with it?

There's a texture glitch (which on rewatch, I think is just lighting or a lighting glitch), the Goblins are reskinned Falmer and/or it's Skyrim.

I do have to wonder why they went with Falmer Goblins instead of Riekling Goblins. IIRC they were originally Goblins before being repurposed into Rieklings for Dragonborn, and even the Goblin CC goes with using the Riekling animation/skeleton for Goblins.

Looks like a facegen issue. In typical Skyrim modding, this usually means they have two or more incompatible mods changing her NPC records.

They would need to either make a compatibility patch, or they would need to regenerate her facegen files in the Creation Kit.

So, little bored, and I wanted to make another topic for everyone:

In the series, which races do you guys find the worst, for whatever reason? Like, is there a specific part of the lore that you guys just really hate about them, or a mechanical issue that you guys despise, or what?

For me, personally, it's actually the Khajiit. To be honest, I do like the idea of playing one; I like the idea of playing a monster race, and the stealth bonuses are useful. The issue is the lore; they're basically designed to be furry Roma, and their aid of the Thalmor is... stupid, to say the least. It's why I usually stick with Nords and Argonians; their lore is cool.

What about you guys? Got a race that you don't like for whatever reason?

Beasts races and Wood Elves.
In near any Elder Scrolls (except Wood Elves in Arena which they are glitched) their passives suck ass.
Imagine how High Elves are near always resistant to paralysis, Redguards having tremendous melee bonus (in both passive & Adrenaline Rush), Nords having Frost Resistance in all games (with Shield abilities in some), Bretons having magical resistance, Dark Elves having Fire Resistance (or bonus melee & bow damage in Arena/Daggerfall), Imperials having powers as Absorb Fatigue & Charm, and Orcs having a cool power (but flawed by Drain Agility).

I dislike that imperials have jew passives but Roman aesthetics. Feels like a smokescreen.

They straight up find more money than other races in Skyrim

In Oblivion and Morrowind they start with higher mercantile bonus at start.
Cyrodil is the heart of banking and commerce in Tamriel so it makes sense they would be the best with money. The Romans were pretty good with money and banking too so I don't know what you mean by it being a smokescreen.

I don't disagree, I'm just saying that's how it could be viewed as Jew passives.
