1. Rekieta is a liar.
The State filed a statement that it is 'unlikely' that minors will be testifying in this case. This is a killshot to his muh keedz argument. He's just using them as a human shield to avoid any accountability.
And as weapons too: they allow him to play the "he wants to see them because he's a pedo" card. There's something very satisfying about his lies being flat out exposed, regardless of if they were already known to be lies.

Hey nick.jpg

He’s going to take the plea now that the pretrial isn’t going to be broadcast. Now, Nick not having trial footage archived on the internet forever is part of the deal.

1000% this, even if the plea deal is a nightmare to him, like no alcohol for a year with regular testing, he'll take the plea and get rid of the immediate ego suffering and worry about failed piss tests when they inevitably happen

Do they ger checked out before entering the court? Can you bring in your phone and just record sound secretly?
Not worth the risk to use a phone. If you wanna try that shit get one of those recorder pens, the most discreet looking one you can find, and wear it in your shirt pocket while carrying a notebook.

Don't be a retard. Don't break the law. If you plan to do so, certainly do NOT advertise it online.

That said. Don't break the law.

Court conservatively or Rekieta conservatively?

No Hot Topic belts.

He has said (perhaps heavily implied) that 'weird' was a euphemism because you cannot sue for defamation over it.
Yeah, sure. And saying "in Minecraft" means the fedposting you just did is legal.
1. Can I bring a recording device?
2. Is someone else already guaranteed to show?
Almost certainly not and if you did it would be contempt of court subjecting you to fines or even possible jail time.

You can ask and if they say yes, sure. But don't do it unless you have explicit permission.
He's worse than Ron now.
Ron was, so far as I know, only a metaphorical cuck, and it was a running gag because of his "I'd rather be a cuck with Monica than alone." Nick is an open and notorious cuck of the literal sort.

If you make six figures, let alone are as rich as Nick, fuck that.
Hand-me-downs are not necessarily imposed by the parents. There are kids who see their big brother or sister wear something and they want to wear it too

Grew up classic middle-class, and my mom would ask me what I wanted from my older brother. Whatever I didn't want would get donated.

I can see Kayla being overwhelmed by having to take all the kids shopping, and using hand-me-downs as a simple way for the kids to have clothes. Also I can imagine that it is something that you just do in more conservative, religious families as something that appears as what people did "in the good ol' days"

iirc someone mentioned earlier that even if he pleads the sentencing would/could still be recorded as it's not part of pre-trial.
I Might be wrong though, am not from Ze land of the Free.
