That doesn't work though because that particular test shows evidence of cocaine ingestion, not simply exposure. Rubbing it into your hair would not produce a positive result. He really has no leg to stand on for that particular claim, and he nose it. I think his current cope is that the person who read the test results was not qualified to do so.

Bundling these together for answering. *Technically* there could have been external exposure causing the results, but it was less likely, less researched and needs a more specific test to test ratio of metabolites to delineate between exposure and ingestion.

Question for the law savvy people over here: if a cop came across some footage, on the defunct Live Leaks for example, of a security camera on their jurisdiction filming a crime - it would be obviously a cropped version of the recording, people wouldn´t upload the whole security cam footage - could he ask for a search warrant for a person eventually identified on that video committing said crime or he would have to first ask for a warrant for the security footage?
