LawTube - Lawyers sperging at each other on YouTube

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Back when Kurt was in one of Meme Copium's livestream chats (a few weeks ago when I took the screen snips) there were some people booly-ing him, which is funny but he didn't take it too seriously or at least that's what I'm thinking.
Kurt has blocked people in the past for bringing up his job as a patent clerk. I saw other people bringing up his stream about inviting 17 year old girls to have dinner with him. Although I'm sure he blocked those people so he wouldn't see their comments any more.

Crossposted (Happenings post). 5th Circuit COA has struck down geofence warrants as unconstitutional versus the 4th circuit upholding them. Likely headed to SCOTUS due to circuit split. Maybe lawtube will pick it up maybe not.
I occasionally bring up Gosney making a panel of guests listen to him play bass guitar when talking about funny Internet stuff with my friends but this is honestly a shocking turn of events. This guy is an actual lawyer that moved states to teach prosecutors how to operate and then he pulls this? This is a blunder of immense proportions.
He could've published under a pseudonym, he's got enough money to pay another lawyer to do the work for him and get folks to shout him out on yt... Guess he didn't learn to keep his internet/real life separate. The only lawyer who did that was Peacock I think, man was smart enough to take his IRL job over internet shitpost (talking).

Edit: Also Andrew D' Adensky before he fucked up and challenged us to dox him lmao.

It did peak my interest as I know he's a former examiner and searched the USPTO OED (Office of Enrollment and Discipline) - unless I'm wrong on the spelling of his name he's not listed.
There is a better way to search for Federal employees: https://www.federalpay.org. There is a lag of 12-24 months because they have to get the information from OPM and upload it to their site.

Here is Kurt (presumably from the locations): https://www.federalpay.org/employees/patent-and-trademark-office/mueller-kurt-a

I wish Miu had taken out more of them. Especially the one screaming "for da culshur". The kids wanted to taunt and harass a dude thinking because they're kids he wouldn't do anything. Then you had the white chick get in his face, put hands on him and scream at him. She's the reason all the shit went down.

If I’d put my ass through law school, I’d be pretty disappointed to end up making low six figures after all that time, effort and expense. What are the chances he’s earning more as a full-time hugbox creator?

And why does Kurt ban people for mentioning that he was a lowly patent clerk? It’s not like he was hooking.
I'd say the chances are almost 0.

I think Kurt bans them because he made the implication he was a practicing attorney. I don't know if that's true but that's usually the comment I see when people bring it up. "Why did you pretend to be a practicing attorney when you were just a patent clerk?" So he bans them for bringing it up because it's usually in a negative light and Kurt can't handle mean comments.

I honestly don’t begrudge him that. He’s not duty-bound to take any and all commenters. But it reflects poorly on him if he did indeed misrepresent himself (I wasn’t around and don’t know).

Which makes it extremely curious that he pivoted to do something less lucrative. Again, I wasn’t around so don’t know his timeline, but considering he was on Rekieta’s panels during Balldo’s heyday, I am guessing he didn’t see Nick making money hand over fist and jack in his patent clerk job in hopes of striking it rich. I’d love to know his version of why he quit a steady job to be a YouTuber.

He's not but Kurt is very thin skinned person who will ban people for saying things he doesn't like. He will regularly fight with his chat and ban people who disagree with him. And while he absolutely can do it, if he's that upset about people disagreeing with him maybe he shouldn't be running a youtube channel.

If what I'm remembering is accurate he was very depressed in his job and decided to try and make youtube full time so he wouldn't have to do that job any more.

Oh I know. It’s why I enjoy tuning into his streams if I happen to be online at the time. Watching him rage autistically at chat instead of just carrying on with his commentary is very entertaining to me. I’m even considering becoming a member so I can watch his archived cooking videos.

Did anybody actually bother to watch this? Has Joe really abandoned ship?
I watched the beginning before he made the stream members only. He gave a long speech about how disingenuous it was for people who have always said cops are liars to automatically believe the cops when it comes to statements against Nick. The stream went members only before he really got into the analysis of the motion.

ETA: He also talked about how Nick is looking better on streams lately than he did 6 months ago so that means Nick is "clean" now.

Based on that, I'm gonna presume he didn't abandon ship.

Thanks.
