I agree as to GENERAL usage, but legal language is supposed to be formal. Every style guide somewhere I've been paid to write formally absolutely prohibited them.
Writing like a tween cartoon character from some Nickelodeon animated series is abjectly awful. It's an affront to the profession.

Or not so super. Someone posted the one-star reviews already, but I also add that they are quite recent, whereas the good ones are years old.
Interestingly, he's apparently the bumfuck Texas outpost of a 7-person NYC firm, on whose site he is not pictured. Also interestingly, just recently (2021) in his own locale he was tapped to head the Odessa TX office of "the official firm of the Texas Rangers," primarily practicing personal injury. That lasted 2 years, and now he is of counsel to this small NY firm. Curious!
He'd gone from bright-eyed prosecutor in 2008 to Rising Star for several years to Super Lawyer to office head in 2021, but by 2023 he was no longer associated with that firm that put him in a leadership position, and he started piling up one-star reviews for unprofessionalism, outbursts, and failure to do any work.
This year he was admitted to the NY Bar and has become a non-resident non-partner/non-associate of a tiny firm and is writing nastygrams about internet gossip that sound like a 5th grader's idea of how tough and mysterious guys talk.
What a career arc.
He also may or may not have a suspended X account but I don't know how to confirm or not.
The overlap with someone else with a thread here is even curiouser.
