Well, they have boost on Speechcraft & Mercantile in Morrowind & Oblivion.I don't disagree, I'm just saying that's how it could be viewed as Jew passives.

I dislike that imperials have jew passives but Roman aesthetics. Feels like a smokescreen.
The TES writers avoided getting blasted for Jew coding a race by divvying up Jewish characteristics over several races."Jew Passives"... that's a new one.

-Banking and money grubbing for Imperials
-Cultural and governmental subversion for the Altmer
-Lust for foreskins/adrenochrome and having zero moral and ethical misgivings for rape, genocide, and blasphemy for the Sload (look up how sload soap is made)
The Empire is in fucking shambles in Skyrim. Fuck them. And some people question why I prefer the Stormcloaks...
Sloads are from the OG writer team (Arena, Daggerfall, Redguard and Morrowind). Of course they are a cursed race....well, I, uh, didn't know about this in the lore. To be honest, I haven't done much reading on the Sload compared to other races, so this is a rather... interesting piece of information. Thank you...?

who cares about politics
i just want to stack gold, kill dragons, and attain godhood
i still have no fucking idea why it's the one game that did necromancy rightThe best way to play Skyrim, frankly; sure, the game might not be the best. Still makes for a fun power fantasy simulator.
The Ritual Stone/Ethereal Crown glitch or whatever you wanna call it is by far the coolest shit in the game. The best way to play Skyrim, frankly; sure, the game might not be the best. Still makes for a fun power fantasy simulator.
In the lore, TES handles necromancy very well. Each region has different customs and legality concerning the practice, and based on climate and what we know about the native/primary racial group(s), everything makes sense.i still have no fucking idea why it's the one game that did necromancy right
Not to be a Jew foreskin sucker but I wouldn't say just because they find more money and they are more inclined to mercantilism doesn't make them anything remotely like a Jew. That's like saying me saving any penny I find is Jewish behavior, or like saying Orc tribalism and barbarism is akin to Africans, orcs are far superior anywayI don't disagree, I'm just saying that's how it could be viewed as Jew passives.
They're even masters of dark magic!Lust for foreskins/adrenochrome and having zero moral and ethical misgivings for rape, genocide, and blasphemy for the Sload (look up how sload soap is made)
This one is pretty good, I can see that being the case.Cultural and governmental subversion for the Altmer
Ahh, always nice seeing someone's reaction to Sloads and their shenanigans. Sloads are even more like Jews in this case given that they can become merchants like N'Gasta. There's a neat mod that adds some, though it's probably not lore accurate given even Morrowind has standards...I mean look at those ugly Swits. If you're wild enough to associate the Black Death with Jews like I've seen some people do for some reason (mostly on /pol/) then take a look at the Thrassian Plague. Anyway, let's not devolve into /pol/ too much. And some people question why I prefer the Stormcloaks...

Truly a true son ofwhy yes i sided with the imperials and then assassinated the emperor i swore fealty to, how could you tell?
Highly recommend Pocket Guide to the Empire, First Edition for some old lore, comparing them to new lore and especially the games is fascinating and...mildly depressing at times. Especially comparing Skyrim to the old lore. That would explain why I don't know much; I have yet to read some of the really old lore for the setting. So, thanks for letting me know; something to read in my spare time.
Loved that shit when I first played Skyrim on PS3, how necromancy should have been instead of that pussy shit vanilla Skyrim is. Even then that's just the bare minimum of what it should have been. The Ritual Stone/Ethereal Crown glitch or whatever you wanna call it is by far the coolest shit in the game.
What's your standard for necromancy? I really enjoy the dark art when done right so I'm picky with it. Like Tales of Maj'Eyal and the HoMM games (mostly 3 and 5's expansion). I hear Path of Exile has good necromancy. If you're luck DF is fun with necromancy...when it works properly.i still have no fucking idea why it's the one game that did necromancy right
it's so simple yet no other game does it as well, save maybe Wrath of the Righteous for CRPGs
Twinned souls was the only 100 level perk that felt like a 100 level perk and the thrall spells were some of the only master level spells that felt like true mastery of a magic school. Shame that conjuration was kind of a crap tree until the very end.Loved that shit when I first played Skyrim on PS3, how necromancy should have been instead of that pussy shit vanilla Skyrim is. Hell, I need to come up with more builds anyways; stealth archer can get dull, and I still need to create build for the different races. Doesn't one of the races in-lore have an appreciation of Necromancy? Might give me an excuse/opportunity to run a Necro...
Dark Elf & Breton are better suited to main Conjuration.Hell, I need to come up with more builds anyways; stealth archer can get dull, and I still need to create builds for the different races - already ran a Nord, High Elf, and Argonian, Redguard is up next. Is the idea that magic is sort of a finite resource that gets used up over time, and that's why crazier stuff was possible earlier in the lore than in the current setting, is that something from TES or am I misremembering?
You know, I realize not many games outright do that, make you raise someone as a zombified version of that person. Shame is sometimes doesn't like to work because "they're too strong hurr durr." Just means you gotta break the game some more with enchanting. Not to mention the limitations if you aren't exploiting the game and the general jank of having an undead (also why don't people react more to having someone's rotting corpse following you beyond some "wtf" lines) following you. Man I can't tell you how many times I've lost some powerful Thralls because the game decided they got stuck somewhere.being able to raise my enemy as a minion without converting it into an entirely different thing for one
Much as I dislike the Anniversary for various reasons, some of the creations add some nice things, like the Alternative Armors. The one you're thinking of is Necromantic Grimoire. Do yourself a favor, if you're going to use them, use some mods that make the Anniversary shit better because overall they're kind of shit. All this reminds me that I really do need to give a Necromancer playthrough on Skyrim a decent shot; heard that the Anniversary Edition added in some neat Necro-themed stuff, should really try and give them a go...
People still play that? I mean yeah it's busted but don't people try other shit?stealth archer can get dull
Dunmer. Kinda, it's their flavor of necromancy that the Tribunal temple uses. But really, who gives a fuck, if you use necromancy you're an outcast to any civilized society. Orc, Altmer, Bosmer, Nord, don't matter, pick your poison.Doesn't one of the races in-lore have an appreciation of Necromancy? Might give me an excuse/opportunity to run a Necro...
My pleasure, old ES has some of my favorite lore. Thanks for the suggestions on lore material! Really do need to catch up on the story stuff.
That's more speculation than anything, magicka feels weaker in the games so people wonder if there's a lore reason for that. Really it's just how the games are, lore accurate Dragonborn in game would be broken beyond broken. Lore accurate anything would be fucking nuts. I'd say it's less magicka being finite and more the amount of magicka you can channel being finite. Magicka comes from Aetherius, with most of it coming from the Sun, the biggest hole that Magnus personally ripped open when he left Mundus. Given that Aetherius is eternal (probably), I don't see magicka weakening, just Bethesda's ability to make games, which was already weak to begin with. I mean even when the sun is blocked out from the sky in Dawnguard, mages don't get weaker. In fact if you're a vampire mage you get stronger (more specifically you get your normal strength back due to the lack of sun). Or a stealth character due to the lack of light. Is the idea that magic is sort of a finite resource that gets used up over time, and that's why crazier stuff was possible earlier in the lore than in the current setting, is that something from TES or am I misremembering?
