It’s an extrapolation I’ve made from the available data.

Can intuition be correct? Absolutely. But stop presenting women's intuition as if its some divine blessing bestowed upon them by God.

I disagree that intuition is a “gift from god.” It’s just more reliable than any other measurable factor. My position is a woman’s intuition about abuse is the most effective factor we know of in predicting violent abuse. I have extrapolated this fact to inform my opinion on a woman’s “ick.” I think there’s just something in their brain that ticks them off to male abuse. Since we are now talking about evolution I wanted to offer a bit of perspective: Evolution doesn't happen within just thousands of years and humanity hasn't been "human" for most of our genetic lineage. Primitive instincts like those that control sexual attraction developed across millions of years through different mammal, ape, and then hominid species.
