There was nearly an hour and a half between the two clips. Scrolling through his phone was at 1 hour 24 minutes and Geno's alleged response is at 2 hours 49 minutes. The word "then" is doing a LOT of work.

Her best friend Keanu, of course. April said that she checked Aaron's phone records to verify that Aaron had messaged Geno at the time in question. It would be very stupid on Aaron's part if April still had access to his phone records in July.

• Was this a shot that Kayla consented to? If this was a matter of she was passed out after aaron “showed her how a real man does it” then yes send his ass to jail.
• what shot was even taken? I have not followed this drama in the slightest so don’t know what kind of picture it even is. Is it actually nudity? Is it something compromising? I’m assuming it is since Aaron said it was nudes to this Geno guy but a this point I trust no one in this circle of weirdos, including the geno guy himself.
• was it actually disseminated? This is an interesting one. Part of the point of revenge porn I think is important is the life ruination aspect of it: even if it’s just one person it is sent to it can still cause damage. However if it was just Aaron being a sicko and showing this guy his phone without sending it… a different argument could be made? geno does not have the photo, at this point it’s hearsay as to whether the photo exists, and who knows? Aaron could have faked the entire thing. It might not even be Kayla. now as an additional point to this one had aaron run around showing this picture to 20 different people that would be a different story. At that point it would be considered harassment and charges could be brought as such.

The court document is short and addresses these questions. There's no need to guess or make up fanfic.

Though we still don't know if this pic was taken with her consent or while she high. Aaron seems slimy enough to pull the old "Oh I got a message" and pretend to check his phone while taking pics as "proof" he got super duper laid to brag and goon later.

It was an image shared between a Signal message group comprising April, Aaron, Nick and Kayla. Kayla was dully nude and standing up in the image and nothing in the court documents suggests that it was taken without Kayla's knowledge. No indication is given of who took it.

Bringing up someone's previous convictions during trial would be prejudicial.

They can often be brought up during sentencing, though, and would be relevant to any application for a restraining order.

You folks think Geno would go to MN to testify? Seems like if Aaron took this to trial he would have to.

Geno could testify voluntarily but an MN court is unlikely to have jurisdiction to compel him to be a witness.

One thing which doesn't sound at all credible is Aaron saying that he doesn't recall whether he had the image or whether he sent it to Geno and I would expect that statement to be attacked.

There were several factors in early-mid July which prompted Keanu to do a full 180 on Aaron:

- Geno getting fired by Gavin McInnes when the Compound Media takeover happened put Geno and Keanu in a collective financial bind. Keanu the johnny-come-lately jumps on the Aaron a-log bandwagon to get a little bump in dono $$$. Geno continues to struggle because Cumia was the only draw at Compound and he was one of several who were massively overpaid there.

- The release of Aaron's RO by the 1st ex-wife, with emphasis ONLY on alleged DV he committed against April in 2022.

- April, Keanu's purported bestie and bridesmaid-to-be, suddenly remembers she had a friend named Keanu and contacts her after 6 months of ignoring her because April's bestie was coke and booze. Keanu is immediately Team April and believes every single utterance she is told by her, which likely included Keanu giving April (Nick) any dirt, big or small, on Aaron in the interactions between Keanu, Geno and Aaron the past 3 months that the former 2 did the latter's show.

Keanu acted in an opportunistic manner, nothing more.
