Daniel Larson you can see they were/are a pretty legit cult and went too far. Nobody is posing as Fatrick's girlfriend (mostly because he's not that brand of gullible retard) other than maybe to get a cheap laugh on Twitter. The Josiah Tapes were probably the deepest any bit went and spun several others like Quasi the pajeet but it was not to goad Fatrick into doing anything in particular.
