I remember calling my grandma a fucking idiot when I was 12 years old when I heard she voted for Clinton over Perot.

I've been mostly libertarian ever since. Especially seeing as the Democrat party has had the "We hate America!" crowd on lock since the 2000's. I don't necessarily like voting for Republicans, and despite how bad Obama was, I am kind of glad that the retards that the Republicans put up couldn't touch him, especially that asshole McCain who never let a chance to create more veterans like him go to waste.

I've always needled at people telling me what to do who do not have any real authority over me to do so, and the Democrat party is overloaded with such types of people, so I'll probably never support them in the future unless its to unseat a shitty (R) politician, like a political torpedo.

Savage still has the most based firing from a news network ever. He got a show on Fox in the late 90's/early 00's and it only lasted a couple weeks because some gay guy called in and Mike told him to go die of AIDS.

Edit-MSNBC, not Fox. Looking back, I have no idea why they ever hired him.
I remember this.

The guy who prank called him was a fan of a pair of Beltway radio show hosts named Don & Mike. He told Savage that Don & Mike should replace him because his teeth are bad. Savage responded by calling him gay.

Here's the show where Don & Mike talked about it. They play the recording of Savage at around 10 minutes in.

She also pulls tricks to piss them off. Rabbi Shmuley was furious that she brought a laptop with her because he considered that cheating and he started the interview heated.
If you're going to outright declare that the other person is lying unless they produce a source for you right now then you kind of need a laptop. Also, it was hilarious seeing her prove him wrong multiple times during that interview. What I particularly noticed was that he kept coming back to this kind of "you're cheating" arguments like it was some academic exercise to him rather than actually to establish facts about what they were discussing.

Frankly, though I think Candace Owens did a great job in demolishing the Rabbi's position, I think he actually demolished his position better.

We need to excommunicate him tbh.

This might sound silly, but how did you guys and girls learn about politics, and when did you become conservative?
I watched all the up-jumped fascists behind the War on Terror and surveillance state be welcomed with open arms by the Democrat establishment because they also didn't like Trump, and that was after 6 years of the party endlessly browbeating me for being white and male.
Letting the James Clappers and Michael Haydens of the world into the big tent was my sign that all the moral posturing Democrat politicians do was just that, at the end of the day, all they care about is power and self-enrichment.

I am not conservative, I am a Constitutionalist.

I became that way because I read the fucking thing, realized that it was a pretty smartly written document and we are violating all of the original 10 parts.

IIRC, Gish Gallop is a technique creationists use. Like Ray Comfort the banana guy. Overload people with questions so they give a stupid answer.
It's named after Duane Gish, who was a famous creationist debater many years ago. The idea is to jump from topic to topic really fast so your opponent disoriented and can't keep up with what you're saying. It's a sophist method where you're more or less following a script so you can rattle it off faster than your opponent if they're actually trying to debate facts.

Multiple rabbis have challenged her to a debate and she ignores them. In my opinion she seems to pick out people who get emotional and lose composure quickly.
Every pundit picks their battles; there's nothing nefarious about it. If your opposition has a mouth-frothing retard with a following who's itching to talk to you, you're under no obligation to find someone better. Rabbi Shmuley has to lose to shut up, so he should keep losing so he'll learn to keep his mouth shut.
She also pulls tricks to piss them off. Rabbi Shmuley was furious that she brought a laptop with her because he considered that cheating and he started the interview heated.
Whining over a laptop is a desperate debater grasping at straws. If a laptop triggers him then he could bring one too. "He considered that cheating" is another way of saying "he decided it was cheating and to make that the issue." Really weak.
I would love for her to interview Rabbi Tovia Singer or any outreach rabbi, they would wipe the floor with her.
I doubt it, honestly. We can't win by telling Gentiles you have to care about Jews more than your own people group/s, which is fundamentally most of our messaging. It's unworkable and immoral. We can ask people to care for us as much as they care for themselves (aka the golden rule), but asking them to care more for us is asking them to be our lessers and our slaves, and never to advocate for their own change unless Jews don't need anything at the moment. Israel is not a state in the union and we can stop supporting it at any time. Dual-citizens have a single loyalty to one or the other and saying so isn't anti-Semitic (another overused and abused word).

The dimensional realignment is upon us.

Jokes aside, it really does speak volumes how positions have shifted so radically, at least in paper. Maybe they are just going were the wind is blowing, or maybe, just maybe, they realized that the DNC is literally Globohomo INC.

She hasn't been in office for a long time, but to be fair, neither has Biden or Kamala.

The purpose of the left is revolution. They always need a new front of "progress" to push after the last one. The problem is that they've run out of things that at least sound sane, so they've moved on to cutting off children's body parts, letting criminals rob and rape at will, and opening the border to drug cartels.

Can we not bring the sh0e sperging into this thread please?
One thing that has surprised me is how Trump doesn't act much differently from 2016, age wise. I assumed his age would start to show around now and was a little apprehensive of him running yet again, not like there was a better option, but I did question how the years would take their toll on Trump. My memory isn't the best, has anyone noticed a difference? I would say he old guy rambles but he's always kind of done that.

Tragically the Gish Gallop became institutionalized in modern debate clubs, which now consist of a rainbow of brown kids speedtalking their way through a set list of talking points and otherwise ignoring their opponent.

You win a public debate by either making your opponent get mad or look stupid. So the trick is to choose a debate partner you know you can do one of those two things to.

They brought in the most retarded attention whore rabbi who couldn't debate his way out of a paper bag. Rabbi Shmuley was not looking to debate, he was looking to attack and he's really bad at that. He's a disgrace to us.

I'm completely unprepared for a debate and could do better. Going off the top of my head:

No tunnels in any of those cities, tunnels require additional bombs because the building above could be ruined while the tunnel is fine
Germans and British didn't have military targets in civilian areas while Hamas does.
Precision bombing of specific areas means more ordinance is used with lower amounts of deaths

Then I would bring up Hitlers Nero decree which advocated for complete destruction of German infrastructure and the Nazi broadcasts urging Germans to commit suicide.

Because rabbi Shmuley is a clout seeking retard, he just gets triggered and starts ranting.
If you told me that Shmuley was actually a wignat doing a character to make Jews look like I’d believe that over him actually believing any of the shit he spews lmfao

Like I said, every time there are a bunch of election fad terms. So annoying. This year it's joy and brat, and 'vibes' election. Also Gish Gallop, which is something I'd never heard before but on DU and other sites they act like it's some long term thing everyone uses. Like all those weird sex terms like 'it's always been called demisexual' or whatever bizarre thing made up on the spot. Even if it's not 'literally' brand new, nobody normal heard of most of these things before. Dog whistler and gaslighting were the 2016/20's ones.
Gish Gallop is literally what DesTiny and Ben Shapiro do. They just make a lot of bad arguments that you can’t respond to in time (to Shapiro’s credit he actually does make one solid central argument).

The other is Motte and Bailey. Making a false equivalence between a harder to defend position and an easy to defend position.

I like to compare the 2020 debate to the 2024 debate against Biden. He definetly learned a lot, he conducts himself in a more controlled manner now. His first presidency with the whole COVID thing plus the BLM riots may have been legitimately shocking to him. I do believe him when he says that he really didn't know what he was doing when he won in 2016.

He seems to have better help now as well and I think that's partly due to the DNC going bananas and Trump himself being more humble, enough to the point where even lifelong democrats have started liking him and crossed the road to join him.
