SansaCooks aka Chantal's calorie counter posted a video with an interesting take

Curious about what you fellow farmers think since it does lend some credence to the "old video" theory. I still believe he lost the weight due to some visible loose skin. Will probably sperg about it later.

They were in her old apartement in that video. She looks way younger and healthier too. This was probably filmed in around 2018. That's why I believe he's still fat today and just reuploading 2018 videos. I predict that he will cash in again on this by uploading a video called "I gained all of it back." in a week or so.

If you look at the financial perspective:
  • Option 1 (weight loss): you can only cash in on it once, bringing you $20k max (assuming a single YT vid like he posted). And then your whole career is over.
  • Option 2 (Amberlynn grift): potential to cash out with Option 1, PLUS, you can cash in on it continuously by turning your whole audience into codependent Cameo-buying feeders.

So if he lost 250 lbs in seven months, that is something like 9 lbs per week. I can't imagine that that is possible with just caloric deficit and exercise. What's that, like 4500 calories deficit per day, or am I getting it wrong? Can Ozempic increase metabolism and burning fat? I thought it just suppressed appetite.
/edit: OK, if he did it in two years it's more reasonable. Still quite more loss than is usually recommended.
9lb in a week for a week or two is doable but not for seven months IMo. There are limits to how much body fat can be burned in a day - I’m trying to find the exact number but basically it’s a percentage of your fat can be used in a day.
The highest human recorded calorie expenditure was recorded by Mike Stroud and ranulph fiennes when they were sled hauling across Antarctica in serious cold and it was something like 11-12 thousand kcal a day as a peak, but it wrecked them. I don’t think that’s sustainable for long
I will try to find the exact number but I doubt he did this in 7m. 2 years is absolutely possible, that’s about a kilo a week which is still a lot to maintain long term but doable.
Totally surreal, I wonder if the death fat gorls will react to it?
Edit: Minnesota starvation experiment says 0.8% stored fat can be burned per day max without serious consequences. Someone else can run the differential eq. On that because I’m not.

This dude looks like he got parvo!
His head is too big for his skinny-fat frame.
Literally being a fatty mcbutterchubs like nik, I’m not suprised the weight melted off of him, fatties have an easier time losing weight than a normal human.

i thought first he might have had stomach surgery but when i watch him down that muckbang...he could not eat like that with operative smaller stomach...O.o happy ffor him that he shed all the pounds...

He said TWO steps ahead, so step one is to take the thin video to save for later and then step two is to show he’s still fat to see the reaction. Maybe he gained weight as a social experiment with this in mind in advance because he felt some sort of empathy with HFC and how people treat fat people and how they react differently when they lose the weight?

So we would see how people act when somebody gets fat, when they lose all the weight and then what they do if they find out the person didn’t really lose weight? It’s a long plan but maybe he’s a free mason lol they think centuries in advance! lol Nico couldn’t but you know it could be some liberal queer performance art type thing

That’s just based on HFC and her breathing in the black angus video, I thought he had really done it up until that was pointed out. Unless they are using a mic that is just not right on her and is more of a room mic? That could explain that too….

what if he lost the weight and since has been bodybuilding? and now we only see the half-time of him retourning where he's skinny. and it'll make people seethe way more when he'd be muscular.

he at least HAS to have had lost the weight, because why would he have loose-saggy upper-arm skin? especially riddled with stretchmarks.

I'm surprised he's not wearing a pink triangle with the holocaust survivor look he has going now.

Yeah, you can also tell when he turns his head in the video that he has a bit of loose skin on his neck. So at least this must've been recorded post-weight loss as he did not have this when he started his channel. I just think he choose flattering angles and filters for his weight loss video.

Well, as a recovering fat person (over 100# lost and maintaining for almost 2 years) all I can say is, good for him. In my case, I did it naturally the good old fashioned way, with better diet and regular exercise. Hopefully he did the same. But even then. If he used WLS or Ozempic, it's  still better than being morbidly obese. I still think there are some unfortunate long-term consequences to the glut of GLP type drugs coming to the market. I forsee a rash of thyroid and pancreatic issues flaring up in the coming years from long-term users.

the pharmaceutical industry literally came out with a magic weight loss pill that works by giving people type 1 diabetes. what do you think?
It doesn't give you diabetes, dumbass. It's a hormone mimic that slows down digestion and makes you feel fuller for longer.

I haven't had the chance to finish the video yet, but it seems that he is skinny again and this was all one big social experiment according to Nick.

this is my first post so please forgive any formatting errors
Good on him I guess.

So almost 1% weight loss in a day, stretched over two years, that's more than 700 days. He just got fit and won, and us kiwifats need to take the L.

0.8% of 250lb is over 2lb at first, then it drops as the amount drops. If you’ve got 20lb excess fat it’s way less a day. Totally doable over 2 years. If he did do it in 7m that’s pretty incredible, and he will probably make another million selling gullible fats the protocol.

This is excellent entertainment, whichever way it goes. My sister has already memorized the starting lines of that video and the anime villain head tilt and weaponized them at me. That Zoomer guy here who thought he was literally Light Yagami better step up his LARP.

It's funny to me that people act like losing weight is some highly, specialized skill you need to study over years to be able to pull off. Buy a kitchen scale, count your calories, start moving, estimate the calorie loss from that. Stay at a slight calorie deficit so your body has to burn reserves for continued operation. No magic involved. If you want to be healthily losing weight, make sure you vary your food (that sounds obvious but many people who are fatties often have not a good relation to and education about food so they literally do not know what's good for them) and also make sure you lose it at a healthy rate. It's not rocket science. There are endless resources on nutrition. In non-terrible countries most food packaging will also tell you what (and how much) you are eating.

It does take discipline though, especially not going back into it. Eating is fun.

I have not followed this man and know next to nothing about him, but if he did this on purpose he's a complete psycho.
