“Modern”? Shitting on everyone else has been Playstation’s core marketing strategy for literal decades.I'll never understand the mindset behind arguing "you just hate it because you can't afford it!" Nah, I can afford a Tesla just fine, but there's a fuckton of reasons I don't want to and never will. Come to think of it, it's the exact same with the PS5 Pro.
But why does anyone think insulting people and calling them broke/cheap is going to improve sales?
I know these are consoomers and not corporate drones (at least, not on Sony's regular payroll), but what's the cause of this modern "insult them until they love us" mentality?
Triggered pleb lashing out while coping about his lack of eye sight and money, classic.Spoken like a faggot. I don't play twitch multiplayer fag shooters and I've had a PC in concurrence with every single console that has come out because I am not poor. When I play the games I like I don't feel like 120 FPS is a necessity, as opposed to 60, which feels light years beyond better than anything below.
Thank you for bringing to my attention the two retards/paid Sony employees who think the PS5 Pro is a perfectly sound investment. This information has thus enriched my life and I feel an engrossing sense of spiritual fulfillment having read it.Doubleposting, but here's another guy attempting to defend the PS5 Pro pricing, saying its increased storage and the like justifies it.
It's always funny to hear them cope and leave out all the additional costs to Sony's greedy bullshit. These retards are too stupid to realize that a 12month sub to PSN essential, the cheapest model, costs $80 a year. Considering 4 years of service to go on, that's $320 and now you're sitting at $1,130 for a stand and disc drive. Then we found out that the PS5 controllers are basically designed to break with their purposely shitty quality controllers, forcing you to drop at least $75 for another controller. Oh wow, you're already at $1,205.I'm browsing Twitter and all I see from Sony fans now is them arguing with PC gamers about how you can't create a rig on par with the Pro for $700. Truly the most insufferable fanbase.
The crowd looks a bit crisper, but it's fucking irrelevant, this is the sort of details that 99% of players give 0 shits about, and the ones that do notice go "oh cool" and never give a shit again after that. Just like giving the horses balls in Red Dead 2.Only thing I notice is there's more shadows in the crowd in the PS5Pro
So basically graphics-wise you're only getting more light/shadow effects, maybe?
It's still a fucking joke, and not worth the price at all (among other obvious reasons).
Jeff gets paid to shill this shit. But what are these following faggots excuse?Geoff Keighley is still shilling.

How much cock is he sucking off of Sony executives?
That's just Geoff's alt account.
Do they get paid as well? Is it more than discount coupons?Doubleposting, but here's another guy attempting to defend the PS5 Pro pricing, saying its increased storage and the like justifies it.
Oh man that Sony money must be fucking good. Or they have blackface pics of him. Either way, he is really shilling that unnecessary console really hard. Suck that Sony cock even harder bro.Geoff Keighley is still shilling.

That's because the OG FF7 pre-rendered backgrounds had soul and were great at conveying a sense of scale. Because they're 2D, the artist can frame each scene exactly how they want you to see them and pack it with details. Something you can't reasonably get in a full 3D game unless you have an absurd art budget.Side-sperg - I saw a screenshot of FF7 remake vs FF7 original, one that showed a bajillion different shit on screen in super-high res, vs a bland texture of ff7 and I honestly preferred the bland texture. FF7 remake looks soulless, like a netflix original film or hollywood B-roll movie.

Damn, sniped right as I was about to post it. Not merely beaten by touhou either, but a late port of an unofficial rhythm game spinoff.Astro Bot got beaten by good old 2hu in Japan (a rhythm game spinoff that was originally a mobile game), and barely sold above a HD remaster of the AAI games.
AA is niche as hell, while Astro Bot is a perfectly safe platformer and yet it barely beats that.Astro Bot got beaten by good old 2hu in Japan (a rhythm game spinoff that was originally a mobile game), and barely sold above a HD remaster of the AAI games.
PS5 hardware sales seem to have decreased by x3 the amount too (11.007 units, last week counted 33.865), likely to reflect the recent price raise of the OG model which is more expensive to export now.
There's a chance with top 30 that the ps versions of AA are enough to push it over astro.AA is niche as hell, while Astro Bot is a perfectly safe platformer and yet it barely beats that.
