The main issue in going "Somebody has to do something!!!" is Josh himself. Outside of getting Jessica put on the no-fly list or something on par with the authorities getting involved(Or Jessica losing her CashApp account), Josh isn't going to do a damn thing. Josh is too nice, and too willing to try to make things work with Jessica, while also being too stubborn to admit that the Troles have a point this time.

They think Chris is telling NAL to pretend she's pregnant to Cobra and Cobra is being talked into interacting with NAL for content. Chris has a lot of money and both get private donations from him if they do what he wants. He threatens Cobes in a JM video from a few months ago with withdrawing his support if Cobra disappoints him.

So Chris is blackmailing both hoping he can force them together for content and they're doing it to get free alcohol and their overdrawn accounts paid off.
