Grummz and Quinn are both major league grifters. It's just despite having done way more damage in general, Quinn's presence has mostly vanished by now (there are culture warriors who don't know her name, or Sarkeesian's for that matter), but Grummz is still hard at work on twitter, doing his grift and refusing to finish his game. He's way more visible now, which makes anyone who's not operating from a long-term point of view think he's more important than he actually is.

Yep, Grummz for me at most is a guy with connections for info.

That's all.

But the chink needs to finish that game as well.

Hate to defend UE, because the video is pretty bad in itself, but he does this whole preface to clarify that what he's talking about is specifically the crowdfunded game stuff, as opposed to everything else about ZQ.

Still a bad comparison; ZQ has cut and run with crowdfounding money more than once, Grummz is actually making the game, regardless of its quality and the hyperbole of his self-promotion.

Among them:
-Toxic positivity in the studio
-Unwarranted early praise by media
-Ugly, unsexy, tailoired-not-to-offend-the-wokes designs
-Lack of acknowledgement of the failure, instead blaming the tawxick gamers

Amusingly, at one point he goes "there's even a LGBTQIA character and I bet none of you could tell!", referring to the ugly nigger tranny that everyone clocked immediately.

Yeah, that's a pretty wild claim from N.S, especially since the people who played Concord often commented that they loved the gameplay. And rather than "duh haters" not being able to tell you this and that about the characters appearance, the average person hating the game probably couldn't name a single map, ability or even weapon a character had. However, they could easily describe how ugly or generic every single character and their issues with them, which is where half the hate came from.

The other half being Marvelslop well past its due date. The absurd presentation of games like Hyenas and Concord make infinitely more sense when you realize 2017 was when they started development, which was the peak of both Marvel, Overwatch, and general hero shooter hype. They just both missed their optimal release window by a comically large margin with the delays. Though I suppose if they had come out on time (very early 2020s) they would have missed their window by a comically small margin instead.

This whole video just seems odd. Why doesn't he just make up some caricature for her? That's not gonna dox your girlfriend.

Realistically he'll probably never be outed as some sort of crazy person and will likely keep to himself as his youtube fame fizzles out. The odds of the edgy internet sphere finding him to make fun of him are pretty low as well since he pretty much never does or says anything which calls negative attention towards himself. I've even looked up his names on kiwifarms and found nothing of note. He's not a lolcow officially, but he does fit the profile.

Yep he's primed to become a lolcow. While he's not exactly the "soyboy" type his vibe puts off alot of people who hope that he'll slip up and get alot of backlash.

I don't know. I like him for being critical towards pyrocynical, but his content feels way too much like slop.

Didn't watch much of it, but what I saw was him arguing with people in chat, and going "People think I get angry, I don't get angry, I like arguing, look at how not angry I am" and "I put little traps in the videos so I can tell when someone arguing with me didn't pay attention or didn't understand".

I long suspected that Asmondgold was an amoral sociopath. Turns out he is more like the literal poop sock World of Warcraft player meme created by South Park than anyone could imagine.

He is semi-suicidal doesn't see the value of much of anything in life. Only the most ephemeral video game related media keeps him from committing suicide. A rat died in one the rooms of his house. Instead of of dealing with the mess and finding and disposing of the rodent corpse, he shut the door and abandoned the room of his house for years.

I get a dead mouse in my basement, I take a Sawzall to the drywall of the ceiling, to find and dispose of the carcass. I set up traps, and poison bait. I stuff steel wool and spray foam to stop avenues of reentry. Anyone who has to deal with a rodent infestation will find it completely unacceptable and will practically risk burning their own house down to extinguish the filth the vermin bring.

He admits stabbing someone at some point of his life. A bit of random drop with no details, no context.

His house is infested with roaches too. Clips of roaches crawling on him during his livestreams exist.

Some podcasters visit his home to document the living conditions the abject filth Asmongold lives in.

The creme soda in his fridge is no good. His dead mother likely bought it years ago. How bad does it get before a carbonated beverage poses a biohazard risk? Do functional individuals leave rotten foodstuffs if their refrigerator?

In a recent vid. Asmondgold got butthurt over someone suggesting that he stinks. He firmly states that he does not stink. You live in a house when dead rodents go unaddressed, an infestation of cockroaches exists. You have been documented wearing the same shirt a month straight without showering.

Yes, you certainly do stink. It's like asking if a street bum has neutral body odor. In a competition between Boogie2988 and and Chris Chan, I'd bet that Asmondgold is only a marginable improvement in personal hygiene over Chris Chan.

Tag my post "late" if you want. I appreciate some of Asmondgold's takes, but I had no idea he lived this way and that it was this bad. Now I have seen this, I can't unsee it.

I'm a Christian. I don't like the idea of Calvinism and the idea that some people exist who are fundamentally incapable of seeing the the truth and the light and are destined from the start to be condemned to live in a state of torment and hellfire. But Asmondgold sees no meaning in life. He lives in in this mother's house he inherited by her death. The teeth in his mouth have rotted out and brought him great pain. His house has the odor of death. He is surrounded by roaches. He his got tremendous money from youtube wealth, but has not increased his living conditions greater than the most deprived people in the USA. He is living in squalor and absolute filth. He is content living in this way and sees no value in changing in his life. He is the embodiment of someone who chooses to live in a state of hopelessness, decay and death despite having every unimaginable opportunity to improve his lot.
