Sfia's fellow World First Raider Arthars believes that all the women that Sfia ever hurt are just as much to blame for reciprocating his advances and that they "should have known better".

Which I mean, kind of based tbh in the sense that you shouldn't be pursuing any kind of relationship over the internet because some fuck boy wants to love bomb you. But at the same time, a lot of them claimed to not have been aware that Sfia was passing himself around like a blunt. With the advent of RVC programs (Which are free if you know where to find them), women don't have as much of an excuse that "Oh people are toxic to me because one woman's mistake is equal to five of a man's".
Can't use an outdated 2015 HALO Online study (that conveniently left out women's toxicity or male-on-male toxicity, used only 2 sets of prerecorded voicelines that cannot be heard by anyone reading the study leaving the reader without ethnic or pitch/tonal context leaving it without a potential racial element and may disguise the fact that the female voicelines were just read obnoxiously, and did not ask for consent from the males that were "studied" in it) to argue against that.

I'm assuming that his previous partner and the girl she's lesbians with right now were the first 2, so I don't think any blame can be held on them. Otherwise this wouldn't make any sense.

It's common for statics, especially Week 1 and ESPECIALLY World First Racer groups to do some background research/vet recruits by looking up their logs, seeing what kind of personality they have, and if they'd work well in the group that already exists.
These are the kinds of people that go back into previous outdated EX Trials or Savage Raids to get reacquainted with mechanics that they think may show up in the next Ultimate. (See: People rerunning O11S and O12S to get reacquainted with Looper and Hello World)

That could be the case because honestly, I have not heard anything about this Sfia guy until today. I mean I always knew he was a WR fag, but I wasn't aware that he was also a fuck boy.

The real travesty here though is that discussion about the real issue is being buried under the dogpile on Sfia. Even though he's one of the worst people to point it out, he brings attention to the lack of women in the raiding scene.

I've heard all kinds of horror stories from both sides when a woman is involved. If it's not people being insanely weird to them, it's entire statics being broken apart because either a bunch of members start fighting over the girls in their static or she'll have an affair with a static member behind her partner's back. Or friction is caused between members because she'll decide to date 1 person and other guys interested in her start to break down the dynamic because they get jealous and or bitter.

I feel like no one knows how to keep it professional which is why things always fall apart. Both men and women.

Then there's the obvious: If WFR is a "boys club", than why has no one bothered to make a team comprised of only women? It won't solve the larger issue, but it can be an effective way to combat it and they won't have to share a weird discord call with a bunch of dudes....well...unless they're troons doing the ol' pretend to be trans to have access to women spaces shtick.

Jokes aside - these groups do in fact exist but because of the lesbian sheep problem, general cliqueness, and women tending to be more normative than men when it comes to competence levels you don't ever hear about them.
Because you don't see as many (if at all) Savants you just see them as decent Week 1 groups, maybe they clear the second turn or have Phase 3 of an ultimate solid just as [Insert Static That People Hate For Using Plugins Despite Themselves Using ACT] gets the win.

Every static I've raided in has had 2 or 3 women, and most of them have been fine. A couple were even more offensive than I am, which is a pretty high bar. You're reading a thread focused pretty much exclusively on a narrow, extremely negative slant on the absolute worst the game has to offer. Obviously if you base your opinion only on this thread, it's going to look terrible. If you're on NA, avoid Crystal and Aether and you'll be fine 95% of the time. Also avoid Twitter and Reddit.

One of my friends is originally from Crystal but is playing with me on Chaos. Apparantly the more "casual" side of the community is better there, at least when it comes to waiting for cutscenes in alliance raids and not being instantpuller dickbags in Eureka.

Every static I've raided in has had 2 or 3 women, and most of them have been fine.

The last 3 statics I've had that disbanded were all because of men getting mad at me for trying to explain things to them. All of these statics had at least 2 women in them and they didn't make any complaints.
In reverse chronological order:
"Stop talking over the raid leader, also stop greeding Conga for your parse" (Dawntrail, we were gearing with EX gear in preparation for 7.05. This was the offtank.)
"STAND ON THE LINE FOR THE LIMIT CUT OR WE FUCKING WIPE" (Endwalker, this was meant to be a static for savages and we were testing it out by doing Asphodelos. Demi-Phoinix's Limit Cut was enough to break the static.)
"Guys, we need two tanks for this. I can't just keep using Pom Cure through 5 stacks of Suppuration." (Endwalker, BLU Extremes)

This is partially why I say to avoid Aether, too, yeah. All the streamers play on it, and it's the "raid DC" of NA, so you get all the sweaty tryhards and trolls on it. Generally I'd recommend joining a server that doesn't have any community reputation at all, because that means it's probably very laidback and boring. i.e. I can't really say I encounter much insane shit on Primal, because people only join Primal if they have friends already there, or Aether/Crystal aren't accepting new members.

Not mentioned here despite being part of the repos are:
Nightmare's Hunt Train Assistant which people have also been using to automate teleportation for S ranks,
Croizat's Automaton which has a FATE bot, Auto Pillion, Auto Queuer, Auto Melder (For the 10k Melds achievement), GM Alert to crash your game if it detects a GM nearby so they can't observe you botting, automatic command usage upon joining an instance function, and is able to bypass GC rank to allow you to do Expert Delivery if you don't have that unlocked yet,
Herc's "Multibox Toolkit". I'm not sure exactly what it does but it should seem self-explanatory,
And SoyaX's Bunny Finder. This is either completely redundant and already built into the main repo's Eureka Linker, or a non-Minion way to bot bunnies.

There's also Paissa Heavy Industries which has Lemegeton aka Allagan Melon aka Auto Marker.
Anything else is either somehow on the main repo, so secretive that no-one in the Combat Reborn or Punish discords knows about it, or is a MMOMinion hack.
