You are correct though that he's able to handle it better during his shows. This is helped by the fact that he's always been smart enough to always record his shows earlier in the day where the temptation to get sloppy is lower, unlike a certain non-practicing ball-torture enthusiast.

Interesting point. I think it’s fair to say that it rings true. He (Cuck) was something to some people at one point in time, nowadays he is so irrelevant that it’s doubtful many would waste the time to appear on Cuck’s show. Putting that aside, I've seen "I've haven't seen him since Depp/Rittenhouse" comments enough times to think that the majority of those subs are normies that followed him religiously during whatever trial they liked, and after those trials ended/he stopped doing those, they dropped off without bothering to unsubscribe, as his subscription/stuff likely got lost among all the other stuff in their sub feeds.

The letter from CPS does not make any conclusions about "criminal activity". The letter from CPS refers to the investigation process for child maltreatment as defined in MN Statute 260 E. That statute does not define anything with regards to what may or may not be crime. The statute rather defines the process by which CPS evaluates reports and how CPS decides to take (or not take) action on reports. The statute carefully defines what constitutes a valid accusation of neglect or abuse. The definitions are not necessarily done in terms of criminal law nor do they even refer to criminal laws. The rules in 260 E are also not binding on anyone other than CPS. They very specifically in no legal way at all binding on police officers.
Nick also seems unfamiliar with the search warrant. Specifically that it was a search warrant for drugs. It wasn't a search warrant to establish that Nick was illegally abusing anyone. It wasn't a search warrant to prove that Nick uses cocaine. It was a warrant to find drugs and they found drugs.
