This is where I see things going in the immediate future:

- Trannies start taking over the autistic professions (software, accounting, etc.) once upper management realizes that pajeets aren't cut out for the task and there are enough trannies to replace them.
- Women stay in lower/middle managerial roles. Consensus-based reality tunnels, spontaneous pecking order formation, etc. are features here, not bugs.

The HR woman at my job is constantly trying to flex any sort of power she has over people she views as below her. She's sent other supervisors and I emails saying how she'll follow up on some vague threat of consequences for people not doing any of these sort of stupid team building exercises though she has no actual power over us or they're actually above her. She's constantly telling people how to do their job while our building is a mess all while we're constantly short staffed because she's incredibly slow to hire people, but every holiday season she goes around decorating the break rooms, offices and hallways for whatever holiday may be on the horizon no matter how small it may.

I really hate HR and these types of pseudo bureaucracies in the workplace that have no actual relation to the job we do or actively go out of their way to not do their job causing other people to have to do them.

This reminds me of every woman in a managerial role I’ve had to deal with. Her assignments and various things she is responsible for become fiefdoms and you have to pay tribute. She has to catch up on all her emails over the weekend so maybe Tuesday morning. I offer to just access it directly and I won’t even need to ask her and she acts like I’m breaking the rules.
