I suspect the reason trannies seems to congregate in random places without correlation to local politics or acceptance is that Troons are generally low-income. You'll find them anywhere livin' is cheap and landlords won't bitch about a stinkditch or two befouling their rental and missing rent payments because next door there are 12 illegal aliens sharing a one bedroom and a crack den down the hall.
I live in a very "tolerant" area, but not many Troons around here because it's not a cheap place to live and few if any government subsidized apartments.

Trannies make a lot of money and usually come from well off backgrounds, but they blow it all. I wouldn't call them "low income", just bad with money. They take up resources in homeless shelters due to their own actions that caused homelessness unlike a lot of others.
I never see ANY tranny hanging out in low income places. Never. Ever.
Even when it came to shelters, they refuse to mingle with actual low class people. I've only ever seen troons in upper class areas. Can you imagine a troon being in the hoods? I've lived in hoods, grown up in low income areas. Believe me, these people avoid those areas like the plague because they would get jumped.
