And this also explains why @Larry David's Opera Cape wasn't able to find an actual court case - sounds like her parents "settled" privately outside of court and started paying her what's basically an allowance. Sounds like she threatened them with a lawyer and nothing was ever actually filed. This random thought came to me after reading her tweets about the tumblr porn apocalypse: she claims she used to have some popular anonymous account with ties to pornography, but there was no way to monetize it without giving out her personal details, am I remembering that right?

Back in tumblr’s hayday, you could actually make decent money off your blog with both ads and actual affiliate links. And the type of people who did that never had to post original content either, their blogs were famous solely for either constantly reblogging stuff of the same aesthetic, or reposting pictures and gifs with links in the caption to their own blog. Basically content farms.

And the latter was extremely common practice for porn blogs, it’s literally what you picture when you think of 2014-2015 era tumblr porn. Black and white, aesthetic, “relationship goals” type posts with maybe even a short erotic blurb added.

What if her “sex work” content was really just that, and she couldn’t make money from it anonymously because sponsors obviously need to know your real identity?

The small Pennsylvania private school she and her siblings went to (which likely trooned at least one of them out) ran about $45K per student per year, $65K if you are boarding. They are not ultra-rich, but they are certainly very wealthy.

I'm becoming so fond of Victoria's munchie excesses. Just like how she can't have hEDS, she has to have vascular EDS, even though it makes her lies particularly obvious: She can't just be at risk of an "allergic reaction," which is what anyone with an actual life-threatening allergy would say. No, she has to be at risk of anaphylaxis because that sounds deadly and cool.

(I know someone who settled with a restaurant for hospital bills recently because she told them about a food allergy and the waiter admitted he'd ignored it. People with real allergies are regularly killed by restaurants, as anyone with a truly serious allergy would know!)
