yeah. to be clear i'm not white-knighting her-- i agree, that google doc was literally her making her personal life public via her vtuber persona. i guess i just feel dismissive rather than offended.

green ladytron is going live in two hours for the last day of the GTA server. i'm bummed that she didn't spend more stream time in there (although she did more than most EN talents)... but maybe it's a matter of not wanting to spoil something by doing too much of it. i do hope GG and Raora can be bothered to show up this time.

when you look at how much some of the talents got out of this opportunity (even fuwamoco, who i normally can't stand) it really seems a shame that there wasn't more participation from the en side, or even kobo kanaeru, who speaks english well enough to participate

I'm still trying to figure out why the Starbucks and McDonald's "protest" was such a big ass deal. Was it because they supported Israel or some dumb shit?

I don't think they even supported Israel. I think the outcry by fucking retards was that Starbucks and McDonalds did not explicitly denounce Israel after they attacked back after the October attacks. Because those companies did not bow the knee to worthless mouth breathers it makes them complicit in genocide. Any concern they show that a vtuber is using or talking about a genocide product is fake. I'm convinced they learned from Hogwarts Legacy that telling chuubas to kill themselves over political disagreements that the chuuba has no part in doesn't work too well.

Israel is fucking gay but the lefty women protesting it at universities do so because they sperg out when they see a Palestinian child get their head blown off by the IDF, and so anyone or any association/company who isn't explicitly denouncing it is viewed as evil by these people, theres a reason these moralfags harass mostly Indie Vtubers because they know Hololive for example isn't going to say shit about it because its a PR Nightmare either way.

They really should. This is one of the biggest highlights of it so far.

Right now FWMC's organising a jailbreak for Fubuki.
 
Slightly unrelated to the Froot tangent but Nintendo is reassessing specific streamers to see how loyal they were to them.

It was already heavily rumored that Japanese streamers and corpos that stremerd Pal world were put on a blacklist.

They are going to court with receipts with the idea of copyrighting an entire idea and genre.

A lot of JP sources are saying that they're going to win and when they do you better believe they're going to come up with some new strict regiments for those who want to stream their games.
