Update: Yesterday, the judge presiding over Nick Rekieta's criminal case was assigned to Nick Rekieta's civil defamation case.

Today... that same judge has made his widely-anticipated ruling following the omnibus hearing in Nick's criminal case in August (the one that Ralph, among others, traveled to spectate).

The results?

Nick Rekieta's motion for Franks hearing: DENIED
Nick Rekieta's motion to suppress evidence: DENIED
All other omnibus issues not argued with particularity or otherwise specifically identified to the Court: DENIED

That's right, Nick Rekieta lost on EVERYTHING at issue at the omnibus stage!

"David Walter Alter" of smartschoolboy9 infamy has been publicly announced as being investigated by the Greenwich Metropolitan Police in Southeast London.

Before this announcement, all we heard about a police investigation was a throwaway end message in Nick Crowley's video, and a couple of untrustworthy redditors.

No we still don't know what his real name is. Yes this will probably cause him to go into further hiding. But now we can have some clarity on whether or not the rozzers are aware of him.
