It’s not just in a court of law where everything you say can be used against you, Rekieta.

Rekieta's Franks Motion was DENIED

It took so fucking long to render all these DENIED.
Holy shit that's a lot of cope!
His meltdown when he loses his case or admits to taking a plea deal will be legendary. Either way, Kiwi Farms and a-logs win and he loses.

Even @Aydin Paladin is mocking this balldo-wearing skelly.

So Nick is left with 3 choices.

1. He gets Kayla to say it was all hers and Nick knew nothing about it. I doubt the prosecutor goes for it.
2. He needs to find a third person to blame. Namely Aaron somehow hid the cocaine.
3. Plea deal for probation.

4) He fights the charges in court and is convicted. After which he will also almost certainly get probation.

Its always been the case that no matter what he does, the outcome of all this was going to be the same in the long run. Even if he were to beat all the criminal charges, he would still be facing a long period of drug testing and supervision related to family court.

One way or the other, he is going to be on probation and drug tested for a long time. All he did by fighting so hard was to make the authorities less sympathetic and waste alot of his own money.

I really hope he takes this to trial and then judge goes like, yeah you need more than slap. And adds 1-2 months in jail on top. Just to give some perspective on the live...

Nick is turning into a less charming, more effeminate Jerri Blank.
Is Nicky gaining weight again? If he isn't it could mean he's still drinking and coking
Funny enough, stress eating would be way better for him and way less illegal than stress boozing or stress using. Pound those cookies, Nick! Have two doritos!
Rackets is fucking retarded, so retarded he stole his stupid 'not original video, compression artifacts' defense from a post I made joking about how bad an argument it would be to try.
Hey, this argument almost sorta worked for the guys who think politicians are shape-shifting lizards.

What was the date of that clip?

It is kind of mind boggling that he actually seems to sincerely believe his Hail Mary pass is a sure thing. I guess narcs are so completely convinced of their own superiority that they even manage to lie to themselves.

He'll never be able to own a firearm again or even be around them. I didn't know he was much into guns until I saw the arsenal they confiscated at the Balldo Compound so that's going to sting a bit I think, probably even more than being known as a convicted child abuser.
