April isn't in much better shape. What can Nick say to shield her? He already tried. The police and DA have it documented as a clearly provable lie. He's a worthless witnesses for her defense.

April is somewhat doomed IMO by her credit cards being used to cut the drugs in Nick's bedroom. No matter what Nick or anyone else testifies to, there is no good way to dispose of that fact. It establishes constructive possession in a way that is very difficult to fight.

If Rickety Rackets hadn't, after the arrest, paraded her around town and published pictures of the qover on social media she might have been able to walk on the argument that she was only using the cocaine instead of possessing it. Also lol at K-hole Kayla fucking it up for April initially by telling the police that she's a live-in human fleshlight nanny.

April attending her last Zoom hearing from Nick's streaming studio didn't help either. Blurring out the background like nobody would notice Nick's distinctive wall coverings was the chef's kiss. I actually couldn't believe they did that, I mean hang up a sheet at least. That's the f'ing crime scene you imbeciles.

It is kind of mind boggling that he actually seems to sincerely believe his Hail Mary pass is a sure thing. I guess narcs are so completely convinced of their own superiority that they even manage to lie to themselves.
He obviously couldn't even conceive of how he compounded his own humiliation by being so smug and certain of himself when he was obviously wrong. He still acted like not only was he right and victory was certain, but that anyone who disagreed had to be a colossal moron with no clue what they were talking about.

At least prior to suffering extreme brain damage bordering on dementia from his constant polysubstance abuse, he'd admit when something was a long shot. Now he isn't even capable of recognizing that "muh watermarks REEEEE" and "compression artifacts" is pure retard shit.
It sounds like Nick was threatening to release some DMs from Sean. Pretty desperate
And this is why you keep all dealings with desperate drug addicted criminals like Nick in public, so he can't pull his extortion tricks. This is why he wants to drag people into shower text sessions, so he can gather blackmail material.

What a worm. Glad I never talked to this useless faggot in confidence.

Good thing he never intends to be a practicing lawyer again because who would trust a blackmailer as a lawyer?

It doesn't really prove she owned the whole amount like spouses presumably share joint tenancy or tenancy-in-common. It's only direct proof of ownership of drug paraphernalia which has been explicitly decriminalized even if they have traces, and it indirectly proves possession for at least the length of time it took to use. She might even be credibly capable of claiming they just asked to borrow it.

I think the charge is more a pressure tactic because even if it does prove some form of possession, it's probably possession at the lowest possible level. I think they want her to testify that Balldo and Qayla possessed the cocaine because she saw them using it and saw it laying around while she was doing it too.
That was my first thought after the "Dear John" stream. Nick proved himself a spiteful bully when he pulled that shit.
More importantly, as someone who can't be trusted with a confidence. What a reputation to create for yourself as a so-called lawyer. That's about the only attribute you really can't ever repair your reputation once you turn into a spiteful little snitch betraying confidences left and right.

It's really despicable with Sean because Sean was smart enough to do what Nick should have done, i.e. actually apologize when you realize you've said something that was stupid and wrong. He didn't owe Nick to give him a heads-up on it but he did. And this spiteful little untrustworthy faggot snaked on him.

He just took a giant steaming shit on his law license but it's very unlikely he ever practices again anyway. Who would trust him?

It has been fascinating watching a narcissist burn through all his fuel with shifty maneuvers like shower text blackmailing. Even the tertiary sources are fed up with him.

Update. Sean confirmed this in the comments

So, his first act after having all his shit denied is to threaten another streamer behind the curtains, just like some sniveling faggot? I´ll bet any money he was totally wasted at the time because this is so petty and stupid that I think it´s beyond sober Rackets.

yup we're at the ending of scarface or goodfellas now where all the capital's been used up, bridges are burned, coke use has fried the brain, the cops have you dead to rights, etc

Does rackets go the henry route and just rat on everyone, or does he SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FREN?

I'm actually wondering how Nick has a screenshot of the messages. I was guessing that they were using Signal to message each other. Nick had autodelete on his and Null's messages according to Null on MATI (August 9th). Did Sean and Nick just not have an autodelete set up, or did Nick take the screenshot back in July 2023 when Sean made the apology to Monty on stream?
*clarification

He's already been the best rattitouile rat he can be and his little fren is never ready for battle.
I wonder what Nick's cope will be when he's found/pleas guilty
That we did this. Because we own him and do what we want with him.

He'll probably just continue to pretend it's all a frame job. The question is who framed him. From most likely cope to least likely.

  1. "The police framed me"
  2. "CPS framed me"
  3. "Aaron framed me"
  4. "My 16 year old son framed me"
  5. "April framed me"

God, he is such a piece of shit.

Good for Sean in standing up to him though.

What I don't get is what is he hoping to accomplish with this. Getting Monty to go after Sean?

Because I don't think that's gonna happen.

It will be interesting to see if the prosecutor reinstates the charges against April if it is proven she was a resident.

The assumption has been so far that April gets off cheap because they misrepresented her as a "guest", instead of the permanent resident of the Ballo bed.

Nick just fell flat on his face with this attempt to lie his way out of the charges, Kayla is facing the same with identical evidence and April could get charged with the same (maybe except the gun charges) if she were to be found a resident at that address.

I think he is trying to silence Sean. That's not going to happen either, but he is just desperate

I think the messages probably would show Sean was lying about not knowing what snuff was and that he caved out of fear of Monty. His excuses did sound like bullshit.
