He was a smarter and more functional guy a couple years ago. He was still occasionally wrong about stuff, but he could handle being wrong better and as well his decision-making was much better.

Current day Nick is a shell of 2018 Nick. He has suffered considerable cognitive decline. He often acts in ways and has legal ideas now that 2018 (or even 2020) Nick would have laughed at. He gets basic things about the law wrong that he previously knew, understood and articulated.

And it was already reported and discussed. The judge recused herself from all cases involving Nick right when Judge Wentzel must have watched the coke stream where he talks about her as Judge Pussy Liquor

Basically none, filing shit at the last minute is a fairly common tactic in legal cases since it maximizes how long you have to work on it, and minimizes how much time the opposition has to respond.

When I saw this on Twitter my first thought was dang this is Nick Rekieta.. if he successfully completed rehab, became born again into an alt-Christian church that's largely attended & run by gays, came out of the closet & found happiness with a powerful looking but soft speaking black man and somehow was sober & doing much better. Ironically holding a beer & dumbfoundingly skinnier, undeniably healthier all the same. Bizarro world indeed.
