What was the original message he sent in that edit?
I doubt its this insane crop-job that vindicates him
The crop-job proves the conspiracy against his rights! It's not the same tweet! This one has a watermark is cropped! It's also been reformatted to a jpg, which loses resolution, it's just not the same tweet and you've been misled by lawtubers farmers who are throwing their reputations in the toilet!

Just wait til Nick's shadow account here comes forth to demand the suppression suppression of this crop-job tweet!

I am not a Barneswalker as far as you know.

It's about Aaron's omnibus hearing. Remember, he thought Aaron was going to plea guilty to the felony. After the omnibus happened, Nick expressed surprise that it didn't go down like that and Aaron instead now has a settlement conference later in the year. Nick canceled his stream that night after Aaron didn't cop to the felony.

Nick did touch on this during that next stream he did on Locals - he denied ever predicting an outcome (b/c his predictions were carefully worded such that he could later say "I didn't say that") and also out of no where proclaimed hasn't been in touch with the DA's in Aaron's case. Which is probably technically true - it's likely Qayla who is in contact with the prosecution team in Aaron's case, and she's probably getting information and telling it to Nick. Hence why he was so sure that Aaron was going to plead guilty to the felony and then was so surprised when that didn't happen that he had to cancel his stream.

BTW don't expect Nick to stream for at least a week - he probably started hitting himself in the face when he saw his Franks hearing was denied and the bruises are too big to hide with makeup.

I did the 'crop job':
Remember when Rekieta was ranting about the terrible legal takes coming from the Kiwi Farms Law-Couch™?

But the intention behind my crop was to highlight the dismissive nature he showed towards the Kiwi Farms analysis of his motion. Although, I can see it also implies that it might be referencing his own Omnibus.

It doesn’t really matter in the end. He’s grasping at straws. Rekieta is also wrong in his Aaron legal analysis.

He was in a situation where he was deserted by everyone in Rome including his own guards and staff. One day he was Emperor, the next he woke up & everyone just kind of ignored him. He fled Rome to the countryside with just a handful of people. He talked about killing himself, but he was too much of a coward to do it. So he was reduced to begging one of his private secretaries to kill him which he did.

Nick has the same ego to even say "What a lawyer dies with me."

Well done, as always, poking the narcissistic asshole via comments in this thread always works wonders.
The insecure manbaby cannot help himself and has to comment.

Mister *I do not read Kiwi Farms, people send me screenshots!*

Josh has been preoccupied with getting the bodycam footage, which would be kino, but what I'm looking forward to is the prosecutor's opening and closing arguments. When that slimy state lawyer starts laying out the facts, it will be a level of feltening the likes of which Andy and PPP could only dream of.

"um no stalker child, if you had actually read the full context I was in fact not talking about me getting btfo'd but my wife." 🥃:really:

Imagine looking at a dark-mirror version of yourself that is fatter and straighter, and also a spiraling coke and booze addict. This man, whoever he is, gets to experience this existential nightmare whenever he reads this thread.
"My God, this is what my life would be like if I went to law school instead of following my passion for brewing and mainstream leftist politics! Quelle horreur!"

Nate and Kurt both said this was a two witness case: The cop and the forensics guy confirming the drugs. Anything else is bonus and quite frankly between the tests and the bodycam footage you do not need anybody else. I would even argue that putting April up on the stand could potentially backfire on the prosecution and cause problems. I'm not even sure I'd want Aaron up there, either. Show the youtube video of him jacking it with white powder on his nose and then show the bodycam footage and that'll end it right there and then.
I think they're assuming a sane defense strategy that doesn't involve Nick or Kayla taking the stand and making wild allegations that the drugs belonged solely to April or Aaron or someone else. If they do that, as dumb as it would be, and the state leaves that unrebutted, it opens the door to a closing argument that is basically the only people who know for sure whose drugs those were were Nick, Kayla, April, and maybe Aaron. The only two who testified were Nick and Kayla. The state could have called both of the others. They didn't. Why not?

I think this would be idiotic but Nick is an idiot.
