I know, but they probably could have gotten it if the stream was the only thing. I don't see why not. Despite Barnes's protestations, a persons actors on a livestream are as much probable cause as anything else.

The judge made the clear that the only issue is that it would have to be the actual stream, or a copy, and not something edited for parody, or taken out of context.
