Didn't skelly claim he pretended to be gay to get close to Our Wife? He was a male cheerleader with Drexel?
I have a feeling that the "pretended" part of that story was pretended. What likely happened was he's actually gay, closeted kind of gay.
His parents saw him hanging out with this girl in college, she came from a solid religious background as well, and they pushed our flamboyant skelly boy to go after her.
I would assume the conversation went like this:
:really: B: Hi Qayla like let's go see a movie tonight
Q: Sure, we can then go shopping at Victoria's Basement and try on lingerie together xx
B: Actually, I'm not interested in that, you see I was like, totally pretending to be gay
Q: Woah I thought you were gay though
Q: thinks *see, I knew I could change him!!! tee hee*

I thought Nick said he was going to stream but he still hasn't? Why is he too afraid to stand up to his Kiwi masters? Nick, you can't let Karen Farms win.
Well we're on May the 154th, he still has maybe 9 of the 14 LOCALS streams to go? :really:
There's still a lot of time left until the end of the year!

Also remember he LIED about that. Sandmann had to issue a public statement that Boss Baby was NOT representing him.
It is super WIERD how all these lawtube talking heads are somehow just really shitty human beings who are constantly lying.

And the connecting person in the middle is Lord Balldo - First of his name.

The judge cucked him so hard on the franks hearing denial he can’t find anything to cope about.

This is the face of a man whose anus is so prolapsed his face permanently reflects that.

The Kentucky judge case would've been such a cash grab for our little guy. It checks every box for his grift. Looks good for white guys & law enforcement; generates discourse around trad dads, God fearing folk, guns & violence laws/circumstances; and is vehemently anti-pedo. Plus it's a widely public ongoing trial that's become hugely topical already. If only Nick hadn't unchecked every box by sharing his wife; demonstrating complete disregard for law enforcement & men/women in service; neglecting, resenting & poisoning his children and wife; hating God & disparaging Christianity; and finally become enslaved by indulgence in sex pestery, aggressively pro-Cuties-esque liberal views & aspiring to be a Dax/Vito/Ralph co-defendant.

April found the need to reply, then CLARIFY said reply to a troll comment about cheating on Nick under her thirst trap IG post.

"I would never"....er,...um...."I'm not into cheating. He deserves much better than anyone who would cheat on him" :lossmanjack:

She still has aspirations to be Kayla's replacement, come felony or high water.
You see, if you weren't genuinely in a relationship with him, you could've said, "We aren't in a relationship, what the fuck are you saying?"

You know, like a normal person. Like someone who hadn't already said that Nick deserves you and not Kayla because you believe you're better than Kayla. Except April is that person, and I don't know how Kayla's family haven't collectively decided to run her stupid fucking face out of Minnesota for being a part in destroying their family.

And the "I'm not into cheating"...is also funny and weird, because didn't she cheat on her boyfriend before she started dating (and then married) Aaron?

Doesn´t she know she can delete replies or is she just shameless?

A reddit thread of lawyers arguing whether or not he's a good attorney. TLDR: They say NO.

When you learn about Bobby's background, he comes from humble beginnings and has a "great story" . . . But he's basically the right-wing Gloria Allred at this point: taking a case only if he'll get fame and attention along with it, win or lose. Unfortunately, it looks like he puts all his eggs in the wrong baskets and gets burned in the end. Then, he quickly moves onto the next case so you can forget his recent fuck up.
Someone else here once made the point that his whole thing is to belligerently defend the indefensible, having someone in your corner as a public advocate to aggressively push a story favorable to you. You get a champion in public, and he gets to self-aggrandize about defending the little guy (as long as you can pay). From his About page:
Today, Barnes continues to stand up to systems, to bullies, to Big Banks, to the IRS, and to those who would take away those guaranteed freedoms his grandfathers helped establish: free speech and civil rights.

And, he continues to win, for the underdogs, and for those who, like Barnes, face seemingly impossible odds.
If you hire him, this is the service that you're buying. He has cultivated an audience that will believe whatever he says on these topics, and potentially create their own posts and spread the message. While I have doubts as to its real efficacy, this disposition is something that you'd probably generally want in a defense. Where this breaks down and gets absurd is, because these people are considered the indefensible, the defense looks ridiculous to a reasonable person.

Early on with Nick, he tried to give the defense that it is absurd that the government can classify anything as a controlled substance and take away someone's children, likening this to a state government trying to prevent the sale of a certain farmer's milk. What is left out is that this substance was cocaine. A lot of cocaine. Trying to conflate this with milk in the minds of his audience is ridiculous. What is even more absurd is that he was legally defending that specific farmer, and the reason the state tried to stop his sales was because his milk was allegedly testing for listeria and E. coli, and may have been making people sick. (A)

In BarnesWorld: If you're a bitcoin billionaire who maybe revoked your citizenship because you maybe didn't want to pay taxes, then allegedly filed false tax forms, and still got dinged $48 million for your trouble? Corrupt federal government trying to keep a poor man down! If you're a farmer whose product is allegedly making people sick, and maybe you have a long history of things like this alleged by the state? Corrupt state Department of Agriculture officials trying to keep a poor man down! (A)
In an emailed statement, Miller's attorney, Robert Barnes, said: "The lawsuit by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is a disgrace to the rule of law, a flagrant violation of Constitutional liberty, and filled with false, fraudulent and perjurious statements by corrupt, out of control high ranking officials too often covered for by complicit media. Amos Miller's food is much healthier, much safer and much better for members, as they make informed consent decisions to choose, than the monopolized, industrialized food of big corporations the PDA is subservient to, and those members have a Constitutional right to get direct farm-to-consumer food they trust as members of a private association. We will respond to the food thieves, farm libelers, and Amish defamers of the PDA in court, and we will bring the truth, unlike the PDA, which feasts on a diet of libelous lies."

And with Nick, we already know the story of the corrupt Kandiyohi County officials who will surely be shown to be liars after the totally deserved Franks Hearing completely destroys their case.
... it was denied? You're not paying, right? Well, everyone already knew that was a long shot!
Goddamn corrupt local government trying to keep a poor Balldo down!

I mean... he is quite the catch but it seems pretty dumb to do it while involved in a criminal case in which drugs were found in his house while you were there, but I´m not a brainiac like the balldos.
Oh, it's monumentally retarded. She's advertising that she's a home wrecking coke whore. But I don't think there's any logical input here, just "Ha! Look at me, I usurped a married woman to get access to the high value male!".

Of course the fact she's literally addicted to Nick because he supplies to the Coke skews what she considers valuable.

Here's what a GREAT LAWYER Robert Barnes is...

Barnes’ main strategy, at least for Rekieta, is all about attacking people, not arguments:
  • The corrupt cop with the bogus warrant;
  • The idiot prosecutor (who should’ve dropped the case if she had any idea);
  • The vengeful judge (9/10 judges are in the pocket of the prosecutor);
  • Legal Mindset is a grifter with interesting travel patterns;
  • Nate, The Lawyer, should take Constitutional classes;
  • Potentially Criminal is a criminal;
  • Uncivil Law knows nothing about criminal cases and should stick to patent law.
I made a video about this and posted it on the Viva & Barnes Thread:
You can find a local upload and the sources I used for this video in my post at the Viva & Barnes Thread.
