How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

Does "Movie"bob actually enjoy movies? What's a movie he really, really likes? Does the medium of film really excite him? Is he passionate about it? What does this slob bring to the table in terms of actual criticism besides autistic screeching?

Blob doesn't add or create any value to his chosen field. He doesn't even seem to actually enjoy it all that much.
He definitely over-inflates the importance of big blockbuster movies. So much in fact that that's pretty much all he covers in his Really That Good Series, and has yet to tackle something like The Godfather or No Country for Old Men. And he has a weird tendency to attempt to psychoanalyze people who like things he doesn't (i.e. the X-Men films) in order to make it seem like there's something wrong with them and he knows the truth rather than accepting that one man's trash is another man's treasure.

Blob is essentially a fascist at heart. Where a normal person would see disagreement, he sees evil, subversiveness, treason.

Even snowplow drivers have had enough with Bob:

I really, really, like the thought of an extremely localized blue collar rebellion centered directly around Bob.

The people that he considers "unteachable" are still the ones who drive trucks that carry foodstuffs into those metropolitan areas that he considers the light of civilization.

Unpacking something deeper than the latest Marvel movie requires critical thought, something that Blob Chimpman has repeatedly demonstrated as being beyond him. He also probably gets more clicks by doing whatever is popular at the moment.

What's his reason for hating Dark Knight?

Batman in general is not liked among SJWs, mainly because they claim he beats up underprivileged mentally ill criminals instead of evil capitalists (even though the majority of his opponents are actually affluent) and because he doesn't spend his billions on helping the poor (even though he does).
Also, white male power fantasy, et cetera et cetera.

In general Bob hates adulthood in comic books and their movies.
Once upon a time he really liked The Dark Knight:

But in The Dark Knight Fades (Retrospective) Bob returns to his real nature:
To the so-called “fanboy” contingent, the Christopher Nolan of 2008 was the new God Auteur of big-budget moviemaking. Through BEGINS he’d claimed their undying loyalty by cleansing the BATMAN-franchise of Joel Schumacher’s mortal sins (primary colors, a sense of humor, an unwillingness to pretend he wasn’t working with cartoon-archetypes created for 7 year-olds and, of course, homoeroticism – in case you’ve forgotten your Bat-Catechism) and returning the 70+ year-old icon to the dark n’ gritty “roots” everyone seems to forget he only acquired as recently as the mid-1980s.

“Nolanizing” had even become a movie-culture buzzword, referring mainly to the slew of productions begun in this period that clearly aimed to impose BATMAN BEGINS’ formula for adaptation (strip out anything resembling the fantastic or whimsical, ramp up the business-school machismo, flatline the sexuality, keep things as “grownup” as possible and don’t you dare crack a smile!) onto other intellectual properties.

If I'm going to take a stab in the dark on this one, I'd guess that when Man of Steel came around and ruined Bob's childhood, he had decided that Christopher Nolan belongs in a dumpster.

He's wrong about Batman acquiring his gritty roots by the 80s. Batman started off pretty dark, seeing as he had no qualms murdering criminals in his debut comics in the early 40s. Then they were forced to cut the darkness out in the 50s and 60s before allowing him to be dark again in the 70s.

Of course, you all know this and Bob's too stubborn to admit he's wrong or at least do basic research beyond his comfort zone.

yeah bob, I jerk off in the mirror too. #blessed

In what way do those empty regions have any power? Those states don't even have much power as it is, even with the electoral college, but that at least gives them a voice. The deciding states are usually places like Florida, Michigan, and Texas, you know, places that are actually large and populated. You can't blame Trump winning those states on the basis they have too much power, it's because Hilary did not appeal to them, simple as that.

Also Bob how would you intend to sort votes based on intellect? That sounds basically impossible, given how 1) we've stopped all barriers that prevented citizens from voting decades ago and 2) it's not like we can get any information on someone's intellect based on who they vote for.

Oh wait, it's Bob's standards of intellect, which means anyone who votes anything other than extremely left Democrat is subhuman.

Something tells me Bob's only exposure to Batman was the '80s stuff and nothing earlier.

And if by chance he did read the stuff from the 1940s and 1970s. Then this is a case of being ignorant as fuck.

Yeah, there was a number of Batman related articles on SJW sites a year or so ago (Maybe more) proclaiming things like you said and that Batman is the ultimate privileged white cis male mary sue and since then the groupthink has came come to a conclusion that they don't like Batman (Although DC still gets a pass because lesbians ;)).
