Jesus H. Christ. The Final form of the Troon Crab.

I hate MWO so much it's unreal.

Mostly because I hate trannies. They are cancer. Speaking of I made a super fun 6r whammy. Played it a bit drunk. I'm really hoping they aren't joking about more feel missions for MW5 Clans, honestly stomping around is based not a twich shooter.

I am the worst painter, so my blood asp will have this micky D's paint attempting a LandSkcehkt. I just don't think they ever pay for themselves in BV.

You're God damn right, not even sure why I play MWO still but at least it's sparse. I doubt I'll like MW5 Clans because fucking Piranha games, and also I dislike the Clans. I also heard it uses Epic Online Services since they can't seem to get their cock out their mouth, seriously I remember when they specifically said not to be concerned about them bait and switching to Epic Games and then they immediately did that and explained why it's "actually a good thing." I swear every time someone bait and switches they-without fail-have the exact same response of "WELL ACKCHYUALLY IT'S A GOOD THING", just different levels of snobbery and dickishness. Like that Pokemon clone whose named faded into the aether and then faded even faster and harder when they tried to antagonize people to get their attention back. Only the tiny Epic crowd that doesn't exclusive play Fortnite defended them, just like they defended MW5 being steam exclusive. They really can't accept the fact that they're glorified beta testers.
I'm not surprised they're releasing on both Steam and Epic at the same time considering how much of a disaster Epic exclusivity was.

Firstly, hell yea Blood Asp, secondly who cares you're doing more than a lot of BT fans.

Oh, hey, MW5 Clans is a thing. And still not out?

Ah, next week. Interesting.

Any word on if MW5 Clans will have something like Career Mode, or Mod Support, or anything other than the campaign?

I don't believe it'll have a Career, wouldn't really make sense this time. Mod support I'm pretty sure will be a thing, would be silly not to. Also, while looking for information, check this post about a clown pretending to be a long time Battletech fan and the retards in the comments. "It has to have a career mode or it'll DIE!" like it's a mass multiplayer game and it needs to have people constantly playing. Like all games succeeded because it had a sandbox and modding support. Zoomers are hilarious.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense for a clanner to be doing a career mode... except for the fact that clanners going undercover in IS space went full on career mode repeatedly in the lore including the main character's father of MW5Mercs... A huge part of the fun of MW5Mercs is playing random missions and shit and building up your company in career mode. Outside of mods it's THE reason to have the game, IMHO. I would wager if they don't have career mode at launch it'll be added in an update or DLC later. It just doesn't make sense for it NOT to be there.

A career mode in Clans doesn't need to be from the Clan perspective, there'll still be all the assets there for MW5 to just add in a 3050s start date and the career mode is during the Clan Invasion.

I think you could do a career mode for the Clanners. It's just instead of picking up contracts, you're either picking targets as a commanding offier, or being given options on what to do by your Galaxy Commander as you conquer the Inner Sphere. Instead of C-bills you're earning Honor and Favor with your Clan. Honor tells you what you can buy, Favor is spent actually buying stuff.

Sure, it's not going to be a 1-to-1 copy of the IS career mode, but it can be done.

Hell, to add onto your idea make it so that their mechs hit harder than the IS ones due to the advanced tech, but structural repairs take longer due to how far the crusaders are from the homeworlds.

Rather than this, clan equipment should have better ranges on lasers and the like, and maybe slightly more auto aim because better targeting computers. More weapons too, along with all the other normal clan upgrades.

Not bad ideas from you guys, shame it's still Piranha and those aren't going to happen in the slightest.
Career Clanner mode is now the further you get in the game the more options for transition you get. Instead of money, you get more gender affirmation surgeries. Instead of prestige, you get more access to hormones.

Sounds something you might get in the Magistracy of Canopus. But then transform yourself into a catgirl for the lols

Id very much enjoy this tbh.

But I also didn't mind being crazy OP like mw2 clans let you. Had a tonnage limit but was always far too much (even for a scrub kiddo as myself) and insane customized builds. 4 erppcs on a 280 engine vulture? AC20x4 on Kodiak? Why the fuck not.

Then as an adult I learned to meta even more game breaking lol.

I do hope we also get a few themetic missions, stomping around not just shoot to kill reworded a few ways.

I noticed MW5 clans is going to be released soon. Never played the series before. I've been reading some lore today and I found it pretty interesting. Then I searched for the thread and of course I find the series infested with trannies. How deep are the roots? Should I stay away from mechwarrior games?
