Why do they look like anime soyjacks here?

"Selection of final assets for Fangs various alternate outfits. Each image is in hundreds of separate parts to allow for complex 2D rigging. There are full rotations for each outfit, but due to the rigging workflow of the game, the art was done on individual separated part cutouts which made ensuring solid rotation a fun and complex challenge. ( Base rig by Lucie Viatge and Oriana Carletto.)"
I love how most of these outfits look traditionally feminine as hell, that fucking joke from Anon early on really hit the nail on the head

I will never get over how UGLY the Naomi romance final outfit is. It makes Fang look like an even bigger gender crisis than she is and I hate that I actually love the silver contact lenses outfit.
So much genuine talent SQUANDERED on this bullshit non-game. It almost makes me feel bad for KO_OP.

Well, it's finally here.

Ignus93 on X Ya esta disponible DEMO para fangame de Trust your Colors! Espero lo disfruten! T...jpg

Just like with Rosa and Trish, Stella finally got her own fangame, and the demo is finally out

I've been waiting for a proper mod/game with a real Stella route, i'm going to give it a try this weekend.

Hey, here Joya, one of the scriptwriters of the Konaltec project, greetings!

The entire team was surprised to find this Post, we were honestly worried that we were going very unnoticed, it would be a shame to launch the game and there would be absolutely no one waiting for it so discovering your post a week ago and seeing so many people talking about our small project was incredible and motivated us to take a more active attitude, thank you!

By the way, I think it's a little noticeable that this is being passed through Google Translate, sorry if anything in this message sounds confusing or something similar

Haven't seen anything about the game for a while, i think the main artist got their twitter account deleted or something, but good to see that game it's still in development, maybe you could post some updates in this thread, since there's a few regulars who actually have some interest in your project.

Its a bad sign when your concepts look a lot better than the actual character models.

Yeah, you can tell that some of the people who worked on GVH at the very least were competent artists, too bad that talent was wasted into making characters that were designed to look as bland and "non-threatening" as posible.

Im more disappointed seeing the artwork which clearly was from the "good ending", when the game started as having multiple characters and endings.

More behind the scenes stuff for GVH, this time by an animator. Keep in mind this isn't cut content so it isn't as interesting but still worth archiving imo
"This was a fun scene with a straightforward premise: Fang and Naser have a video call with their parents. In choosing to have the parents’ video call cut out and swap to their static profile picture, we were able to lighten the animation needed for this scene and focus on the siblings. I had the idea to show Fang and Naser throughout the call reflected in their laptop screen — it was a way to limit their animation to the shoulders and up, as well as keeping things lively with their acting around around the still image of their parents.

One of my favourite elements of this scene is still Sabah and Saeed’s profile picture: we wanted it to look like a photo they would take for their weird joint couple’s LinkedIn account. Secret GVH deep lore!

"One of my favourite parts of boarding on GVH was being able to explore the characters’ relationships. The project was written and boarded in a relatively linear order; with each new scene assignment, the meteor in the story got closer, and Fang’s relationships got a little messier.

For this scene, we could only allocate two new backgrounds for the nighttime beach location, lit by the aurora of the incoming meteor. I experimented to find what two angles I could set up that would be distinct enough from each other to read as different views in the wide expanse of the beach, but would also be versatile enough to crop for a variety of shots in both this scene and its mirrored counterpart in another narrative path.

I really enjoyed working within this limitation to stage shots that would capture the different moods of this scene — the tenseness and distance of an apology after a fight, shifting into the nervous, surreal excitement of an awkward high-school romance beginning.

"Towards the end of storyboarding work on GVH, the project’s needs shifted towards boards that were fast, loose, and could easily adapt to changes in assets, rigs, and scripts. By prioritizing speed and continuity across branching narrative paths, rather than the refinement of any given drawing, I was able to keep up with the game’s evolving workflow.

This scene is an example of those looser boards — drawn directly on the scene’s script itself. I wanted to capture the three different moods this scene goes through: the excitement Fang feels waking up on the day of their concert, the sudden surreal grief they share with Naser learning they won’t get to see their parents again before the world ends, and finally, the collapse of their dream concert on top of everything else.

Plot moves too fast, Anon is ooc as fuck, and the English is really, really badly written.

But there is plenty of new CGs and art. Some looks a bit unsettling, but I still like it. The modmakers should get someone to spellcheck their English. If I knew someone from there, I would volunteer and do it myself, lol. Also, they should fix the plot. Too much stuff happens too fast.

Well shit, there's yet another DinosaurVN in the works, and with a demo just released, this is so damn bizarre, GVH was a commercial flop and almost nobody liked that game, yet somehow managed to spawn a lot of derivative works, all of them more successful and liked than original thing.

I also find kind of amusing how the demo has a spanish translation from the get-go, i guess most people making their own version of Snoot Game already know that spics are a potential market.

GVH was so late to it's own party that Wani had it's demo out before GVH released, no one is making derivative works of GVH but instead making them of Snoot and Wani.

Wani outsold GVH, it was practically a victory lap after KO-OP got BTFOed by Cavemanon.

Goodness knows how many copies of Snoot Game was downloaded.

Slightly unrelated but I never understood /trash/. Okay, it's a straight-up furry board, but what fucking furry goes to 4chan? Even confirmed furcon rapists and pedos got an entourage of yes-men. They never get shunned or run off their platforms. Even scam artists can rip off $5k and keep getting work.
Trash has a lot of human male anthro female content, stuff that makes makes """""real""""" furries seethe immensely.

gator sweep, also anyone know or at least have an educated guess why furries hate hmofa? Is it because of their hatred of themselves as humans?
I wonder if some of it might be exactly that: I suspect that HM/AF reminds them too much of HFY-style "based human empire conquering barbaric xenos and fucking their women". The misanthropic wannabe-mutants burst into spiteful tears at any celebratory portrayal of mankind's glory, even when it's as depraved as 50%-furry porn.

Here i made some guesses as to why they hate them, but the TL;DR is: they aren't gay and don't play by their stupid community rules
From having taken quick glimpses to the /hmofa/ thread on /trash/ i thinks it mostly due to how despite being similar on the surface to your average furfag, most hmofags don't have an interest in common furry things like fursuits or cons, hmofags are extrictly straight or bi in the rarest case while most furries are a shade of the rainbow, don't give a shit about "the community" like furries do, and they are more like weebs, which tend to be in slapfights with furfags.
