He’s truly dedicated to what he’s doing, and believes in it wholeheartedly. The fact that he’s not getting more appreciation and support from the party apparatus is obscene, considering all the effort and legwork he puts in that they neglect themselves.

I’m definitely sympathetic to the argument that marriage is a legal contract that can only serve to fuck you over if you’re a guy, given how slanted the divorce courts are away from men. There is no good reason for a guy to have to fully subsidize his ex-wife, if both are healthy and able to work. None. Women LOVE to play up how strong and independent they are…until a divorce occurs. Then, it becomes this “poor me” routine where they’re suddenly unable to do anything for themselves, and they beg the judge to make the man fully pick up the tab. Hell, I’ve seen guys forced to continue payments, even though the ex has a new significant other. The ex and the new SO are pretty much married, except in the legal sense. Why? So that the poor fucker this bitch was married to has to continue to pay her, while the SO works his own, high-paying job. It’s fucking bullshit.

I watched one of my oldest friends get raped in his divorce by this psychocunt who he spent 30+ years with (most of the wedding attendees doubted it would last, since we saw them in a blowout argument as they exited their car and walked up to the church). After the kids were born, she remarked to me and other friends during a get-together (in front of their young daughter[!!]) that she was only with him (my friend) “for his money,” and that she’d leave if there was a change in fortune. And when we told her just how fucked up a thing that was to say, in front of their shared daughter, no less, she just said “oh, she knows.” There are waaaay more stories of this woman acting completely psychotic that I won’t divulge here. I think that, despite all the red flags being present, my buddy found it too painful to face the fact to himself that he had made a mistake.

This absolute cunt hole caught him totally off-guard and served him divorce papers out of the blue one day recently, because her menopausal friends influenced her to net some assets if she was feeling done with the marriage. She had planned this for years in advance, even opposing a move to another state because she knew the divorce courts in the state my buddy wanted to move everyone to showed more leniency towards men than those in the state they were living in. And he had to pay for her lawyer, too.

Now, he’s never going to be able to retire or own his own home. He’s trying to petition to get his alimony payments reduced, since he can’t afford what she’s demanding anyway. On top of that, his kids side with the cunt ex. One is a financial disaster who’s drowning in debt, and the other wants to be a movie star (despite having no pre-existing interest/skill, and not being a theatre kid back in the day). He’s being forced to subsidize both of them, and one is beset by chronic health conditions that I personally think are the result of the cunt wife’s lifelong emotional abuse.

I made a lot of my money and real estate holdings off limits. Highly recommend that, as well as an ironclad prenup. Make it abundantly clear from the beginning that if the partnership ends, your assets are completely off the table. He got renewed by SiriusXM with a generous sum but I don't anyone listens anymore, definitely on the right wing. He takes vacations a lot and is only on three days a week.
