Someone had also previously mentioned that he used one of those shitty AI make up apps on the pictures of kids to "enhance" the lips mouth as well as smooth out skin. But instead of running it through the AI once, he just kept processing them over and over until it looked uncanny and then made collages from those and other images.

it's picsart and i've yet to figure out which upscaler he's using. i believe it incorporates genAI since it's making the eyes eye-like and the lips lip-like, if that makes any sense. could be a paid app(yes, with your tax dollars)

picsart acts as a do-it-all app for photo editing, little photoshop, little facetune, little tiktok with the filters and everything. he adjusts the faces repeatedly to go beyond what the app is normally capable of, then he manually shoops and draws the rest. he then puts the final images through some AI upscaler, which is why the text in some of his posts is garbled. he runs them all through even the text-heavy ones.

i've been able to recreate his look to a very reliable degree but the AI element seems to be the magic sauce that sends it from "fucked up" to "hellish ambomination"

as a theory, i think it's the same AI app he uses to make the videos of his "kids" singing and shit, but again, not super tapped into all the apps zoomers are using to make AI abominations so idk where to even start - doesn't seem to be native to PicsArt

God you bring this up and it's like a flashbang for my memory. Happy Slapping was kind of ridiculously popular (It was about 04-07) as I remember a lot of the tougher kids in my highschool (Which was a big "super popular" one for the area) would make a point of doing it all around school for about a year, I remember several times being the target specifically for people I had problems with. It definitely was popular and widespread because it was just, yknow, stupid teen/child shit you could easily get away with (Given in England ain't no adult going to risk attacking or reprimanding a child for something like this and assault charges against someone of that age are incredibly hard to pin), but it was also flash in the pan, it was incredibly popular before the media picked it up and by the time they did it was mostly died out and was, ultimately, a far gone fad.

Iirc he has two very similar styles of shoe that he uses in his "art"---one for boys and one for girls. He fantasizes and roleplays both of them.

For the boys, he uses leather ankle boots with a zipper up the side and a short stack heel. In the US, we used to call them mod boots, and they were popular among straight men in the 70s and the 80s, and reserved only for homos after that. The Beatles used to wear them, so they might have been popular among straight men for longer in the UK. I think it's far more likely that they're the result of those unrequited crushes he had in secondary school that he's alluded to in his posts. It is way more common in England than in America. Like I do know in America you'll get kids in more rural environments rumor-milling about "That weird dude who hangs out at a walmart" or something, but here that's amplified way more. Even in my relatively "Big" town the rumormills and "Who the local weirdo" is can change from post-code district to post-code district, sometimes even by street with them overlapping occassionally and outright, it's to the level of being on SSB9 or Purple Aki levels of where the rumormill is at. You generally get these stories being embellished or cryptid-fied to such an extent it makes it incredibly difficult to know for sure how much is true, or how much is false.
Like really consider it for a moment, the idea of a 6foot+ big muscly black fella who just seemingly "Appears and disappears" in an instant, who goes around feeling and measuring the muscles of teenage boys who're into bodybuilding and then asking them to do squats while carrying him because that's his kink and it gets him off does sound like such an outlandish and whacky tale that if you heard it you'd, even if you're on a site like this, write it off until you had hard, concrete evidence of it. Which let's be real, how many teenage "Body Builder" dudes want to admit something like this? Alot less would be willing to film (or be filmed), or want evidence about, of this shit going on right?
