I don't think we know this. It showed up because the criminal in-person hearing notice listed his address. The address may have changed anytime after 8/19 or so as that's the last time Kayla's address was in Spicer before she had an attorney and Nick's address hasn't been listed. I think there is a connection being made of his address to his criminal case because of the hearing notice but that's head canon that it's related. There's no evidence they are related. His address updated in every single case including traffic cases. We don't know when that happened.
