I think Trish and Tay both stream to a small group of people, thats really about it.
Like Marche said, Tay and Trish got an initial following, with Tay making over $10k from streaming and crochet. but it's all over now. Tay built up an extremely parasocial 4chan fanbase who lost their shit when she went on a break after S2.5 was delayed, turning to hating her especially after they discovered she had a boyfriend, leading to a shit ton of irl harassment of family. She returned to streaming in August for a couple streams but quickly stopped again and since then has only been posting on Twitter and Instagram. Likewise Trish has also faded away, having only streamed recently her live reaction to the episode premieres.
It's fairly recent. She only started this manic episode after seeing Brian responding to a tweet showing her complaining about him on a DM and flexing his FTL lanyard. She's losing her shit over the possibility that Brian will be part of S3 production and will go more insane if he is confirmed for S3.
Every girl I know that does this will still talk about that ex years down the line.

Cole has repeatedly said on his Instagram that he wants no part in Fishtank going forward. That all the drama around it stressed him out and was too much for him. I think it's extremely doubtful we will ever see him in a Fishtank production again. From what he's posted it seems like it was a very bad experience for him.
That's sad. I hope he's doing fine, he was by far the best fish in either season.
Seems like to me he went on a sort of a mental health downward spiral after he left the show. Lots of his insta posts were him talking about having autism and not being happy with his life. He seems to really not get along well with his parents and their vision of what they want his life to be.
One of the big complaints he mentioned was that they pressured him into taking out a loan to buy an expensive truck just to have it as a status thing.
I hung out for a while in her Kick chat ahead of the scheduled stream, figuring she would either: (1) never show up; (2) show up and babble some schizo shit; (3) show up and beg for money (3).
He hates the Chinese for some reason and the fish knew of what was known as an "enemy spy" within the cast in the first few days, someone who performs secret missions for production like stealing poker chips. Jimmy correctly guessed that the enemy spy was JC, not because he had any evidence, but because she was Chinese. Also, she isn't even Chinese she's Taiwanese.
But why does he still think that she's a real spy?
