I think so too, because this is what he admitted on stream, that he abandoned her in the woods with no possibility of her to survive.

Taking someone who is having a mental health episode (you'd have to be to abandon your kids for a life in the forest) and dropping them off in the woods with no survival skills, food, water, or shelter...it sounds like at least some sort of a negligent homicide or something like that.

If you just take his own story at face-value, it sounds very illegal.
But zeee mama Jay efff is zee survivalist

Why did he sterilize his house and replace the drywall if all he did was drop her off in the woods? Plus I believe he said he dropped her off at the gas station near Confederation bridge. He alluded to her bringing a tent and having survival skills.

Personally, I don't doubt that more happened. It's my opinion that he did something that he hasn't shared publicly.

But I'm just saying, if you take his story exactly how he said it, he's probably guilty of something at least murder-adjescent. It must be some sort of crime, what he's admitted so far.

Although he did allude to her having survival skills and being Agent 007, I vaguely remember the Kino Casino reacting to him when he said she didn't have a tent with her. It was a long time ago so I can't remember for sure.

The house is haunted by a restless potato spirit. On a serious note, if he is listing the house the rcmp will probably get access.
If he sells it, he must be pretty sure (correctly or not) that there is no evidence there, because the RCMP could search with permission of the new owner.

Well you know, Mama JF iz 'er own woman. She 'az this way about her, she is like Oh Oh Seven. So yes she will be leading police on a wild goose chase. This is the cost of liburty.

*in front of cameras. Lol. So he purposefully dropped her off in front of "cam-uh-ras", I guess that proves he dindu nuffin. Everyone knows when you drop someone off in front of cameras it's impossible you ever picked them back up somewhere/sometime.

The Kino Casino had a segment last week (Oct 13 I believe) where they read a Facebook post from one of JF's neighbours. They (the neighbour) are wondering what is happening with the investigation. Someone confirms that the kids are still there along with another woman. JF was also cleaning up the house having been seen loading an old mattress and 12 bags of garbage in a junk collection truck.

This is so grim. Is his potato a first nation/native? The cops just don't give a fuck at all, because her family presumably doesn't care?
Sickening.

The bigger hole in JF's "dropped her off in front of cameras" claim is that he argues that he intentionally dropped her off so that there was a record of her leaving of her own will, and he did this for his own legal cover.

But wait: If one wanted legal cover, they don't "drop somebody off in front of a gas station" and hope the gas station cameras happen to record them, because that wouldn't prove anything. It's absurd. That's akin to some pussy-slaying chad saying, "I'm worried about this thot Rape Hoaxing me....so I'll be seen with her on a security camera at a bar! Now she can never claim I raped her!" Obviously, that would provide him zero cover for a rape hoax.

If JF (or the Chad in the hypothetical) wanted cover, he'd do something, ya know, proving that she was going on her survivalist adventure:
>Video record her testimonial beforehand
>Get a signed, hand-written letter beforehand
>Have her call her family and explain it to them beforehand
>Talk about it with her on his show beforehand

(The same way famous men have groupies sign elaborate legal clearances before sex, so as to avoid being Weinstein'd, but even that doesn't work, unfortunately.)

The only way JF's story would make a tiny smidge of sense is if JF had immediately gone to a gas station employee and asked to send him the security video data for posterity. But he didn't even do that. It's just an idiotic claim, from top to bottom.

I've always assumed she was at the gas station before he murdered her, so that's why he was telling that story. Maybe her getting the wrong things is what triggered him to kill her in a rage.

The gas station at Confederation bridge is about an hour' s drive from their house. You generally wouldn't drive there unless you were driving across the bridge from PEI to New Brunswick.

Had to Google that one. Good to learn Gen X lingo.

But settle down, old-timer. I acknowledged in the original post that a signed legal document - or even video testimonials, for that matter - is no guaranteed legal cover. But it's still a hell of a lot better than a (non-existent) clip of walking in a gas station parking lot, apropos of nothing.

You do realize that contracts involving women and arrangements generally need to be signed in the presence of both parties attorneys (with hers being paid by her) to considered satisfactory by the courts.
You da reeeel Legal Eagle. We're not legal sophisticates like you.

Men literally have had women on video tape asking for sex, then saying they enjoyed the sex afterward....and they still get Rape Hoax'd: fired from job, put through the legal grinder and, in the case of Harvey Weinstein and others, been tried and convicted.

We all fully understand there'd be no guaranteed legal cover from accusations, real or false. But compared to JF Gariepy's (supposed) planned legal cover - having Elora walk through a gas station parking lot - any hard documents, video recording, or contemporaneous statements to family and friends would be pure gold.

It's not a complicated point: JF claims his plan to preemptively prove his innocence was (supposedly) walking in a gas station parking lot. Any signed document or video testimony would be infinitely more substantial than that.
