Just guessing (not a lawyer myself), but maybe Rekieta didn't forget to pay but deliberately refrained from paying those requisite fees as a tactical move. I doubt he could be disbarred if he isn't an attorney in good standing, a member of the bar.
They might not bother but it's entirely possible, just like a military veteran can be ordered back to active duty and prosecuted under the UCMJ.

My guess would be it's more likely that they'd only bother if he tried turning his license back on, at least if he does it after what would have triggered a suspension.
And yes, I know it's almost impossible for an attorney to be disbarred, but Rekieta is facing felonies. It's also possible Vic or another of his former clients is considering malpractice litigation. I know I would if I were they.
He was never Vic's lawyer. The only potential issue is some kind of negligent referral and that's really a no-go. He would have had to specifically know something about Ty like that he had a drug addict or stole from clients and referred him anyway. Ty was and still is an attorney in good standing.

Any lawyer is supposed to be competent to come up to speed in any area of law they need to. The "strip mall lawyer" Sam Johnson was not some kind of SLAPP expert and he handled himself just fine, frankly far better than Lungmoine the so-called expert who pretended he needed to be paid to research and study a field he advertised himself as an expert in.

That may be the most ironic thing about this. A "strip mall lawyer" who considers himself Batman (really) was better than any of the high fees richie rich lawyers in the whole case. Of all the lawyers in that whole shitshow of a case if I got in trouble in Texas he's the only one of them I'd even consider hiring.

Either he's on another substance or this is long term drug psychosis. Everything we've seen from Nick tells us that license should be everything to him. It's his claim to fame, his reputation revolves around it, it's central to his brand, the core of his narcissism, the shield around his insecurities. It's his identity, his ego, his success, his "job", the axiom of his entire being, and he lost it because he forgot to pay a fee.

His career just died from neglect and he's more interested in lying about bullshit and thinking up crap puns to randies on Twitter. How does he even bring himself to get out of bed.

Three way relationships can't last. How can you feel valued by somebody if that value is split with another?

I'd like to believe she's staying because of the kids, but given her history it's not exactly encouraging.
I guess they can, but it’s an exception.

And totally unviable in a case like this. April will always feel threatened by the decades Nick and Kayla have been together, and Kayla would always feel threatened by Aprils age.

Anyways, it seems that he has lost some control over April. She’s decidedly vague in her tweets but it kinda sounds like she’s outta there.

He could leak a video of Aaron doing nasty shit, it still doesn’t un-fuck Kayla. He invited Aaron into his home, licked his face, flirted with him in a hottub, shared a bed with him, then watched him fuck his wife, and sometimes they fucked when Nick wasn’t there but wished he was.

Now he hates him? A little late, Nick. You’re Aaron’s stalker-ex, the jilted lover, the whore that got too attached after sharing a crackrock.
All those things are completely inconsequential to Nick. Having another man fuck Kayla? The Qover wasn’t their first rodeo. The bad blood is because Aaron hurt Nick’s pride & image. Aaron’s big mouth was our first glimpse into the Rekieta residence becoming a Crackshack with the kids asking their Uncle Aaron to cook Spaghetti-Os. I’m pretty sure Nick believes the search warrant was in part due to the Steel Toe (and of course the incompetent Preacher).

Nick cares more about what other people think of him than anything else. That’s why he’s so desperate to try to have even have a sliver of the narrative despite breaking out into being a normie’s lolcow.

Does this sound retarded to you? It should because Nick mentally is fucked beyond all logic.

I'm putting in my bet here: I feel like something really big is going to happen with Rekieta. I just have this feeling of the calm before the storm coming. Looking at that last kitchen stream. He looks REALLY bad. And he sounds even worse. His voice sounds really weak and gravelly. I feel like he's either gonna get arrested again, he's gonna O.D., or there's gonna be some big headline about him any moment. I don't know, just a feeling about him.

CLE requirements are 45 credit hours over 3 years. Can't be reinstated until those are done. And 45 hours means - if you're not with an employer who covers the costs or provided qualified CLE - consistently plugging away at free ones for 3 years or paying a couple thousand for a pass to paid courses.
I know where I am it's basically trivial to keep up with CLE and can be done essentially for free if you're willing to settle for useless busywork courses. The ones that are actually useful and worth your time charge, but not much. On top of that, the good ones are often taught by someone worth physically attending with, like the specific guy who wrote the practice manual for whatever area of law in the state it's about.

Also it can be useful just to know people like that and have them at least recognize you.

But even a loser like Crackets should have been able to do almost all that shit online. He's just a moron if he blew it off, but then we knew that.
April Law is explaining on Twitter how she is not part of "that house" anymore, and why she goes to Rekieta's dungeon to participate in her legal proceedings:
Where else could she go to do a couple lines to get her back on her rails before the hearing?

I still think there's a chance she, and not Kayla, is actually gone from there (aside from using his studio for her court appearance). And I'm gonna be tickled pink if I'm right. Mainly because that would mean he burned everything only for her to walk away.
I think this is very likely. And rather than save anything, it probably only have made things worse. Nick will have a giant chip on his shoulder and SEETHE. “I let my slam piece go, and you’re STILL acting like a bitch Kayla?! WTF?!”
Now, not renewing his license... that's 100% on him.
What a very Nick-thing to do, lol!

He managed to keep quiet for a couple of weeks and his thread was actually slowing down, people were losing interest, which just confirms, to a narcissist like Balldo, any attention is better than being ignored.
This more or less confirms what I was saying, that every minute of him being silent, he is seething and boiling, so that when he finally does break down and start sperging out like a spastic retard, he's built up a literal head of steam, like steam blowing out his ears like an angry Yosemite Sam in a Looney Toons cartoon.

Yep. His need to control the narrative surrounding his image, explains why he keeps making these seethe streams. Hell' he's so desperate to "win" he keeps going into nobody dabbleverse streams to get back at Aaron.

All this over coke and cuckoldry. I will admit though. This is the first time Nick has been involved in ANYTHING remotely entertaining to me.

Aaron said something big and nasty about Nick is going to come out very soon. I expect some more DMs, maybe Faran is getting ready to leak hers.

But with Nick having a multi-day spiral, April sounding brain damaged and desperate to tell her story and Kayla... Well, Kayla has never been stable anyway. Not a sustainable situation, so something will happen sooner or later.

On aside, has anyone won LOTY twice before, none the less consecutively?
Chris won the first one, then later got a second one by default when he raped his mother. Jonathan Yaniv won in 2018 and 2019.

Good job Rackets, you've somehow managed to put yourself on track to achieve what only a deranged tranny with a tampon obsession has.

What's strange to me is that neither of them have been caught with anything in their systems. I'm pretty sure they're still getting drug tested or did they find a way to get out of that?
April's bond is unconditional. She's never been subject to testing. Nick and Kayla's bonds in the criminal cases are also unconditional but CPS required them to be tested for those proceedings.

The thought occurs, and it's reminding me of Maddox, that because he is a cuck then he gets off on being humiliated by calling him a cock, which is why he's actively worked to expand this thread to around 7000 pages.

CPS (KCHHS technically) can't actually force them to do those things but that refusal will be taken into account in any proceedings related to the family issues they have jurisdiction over. Noncompliance is generally assumed to be evidence (not sure if presumptive) that the noncomplying parties are in fact in violation of whatever requirement (in this case the very simple do not be on drugs thing) the parties are under.
