I wish, but that's not gonna happen. To either his credit or dismay, however you look at it, he is far too nice of a guy to do something like this, even though I think he would have a great case to make, and I think he should. Would he have been moved to involuntary restricted with respect to the CLE requirement before being dinged for non-payment of fees that were due in October? I'm wondering if what happened is that he requested an extension until the end of the year for the CLE and then afterwards realized there wasn't enough free courses for him to complete it. I don't think April is getting tested because her bond was unconditional. No idea what the stipulations or occurrence for the child protection drug testing. As long as it isn't random piss tests, he can game the system any number of ways. No idea if he's on the patches, how they work, and what they even test for.
