I think you're missing the forest for the trees here. The way Nick phrased it is fine; because it is applicable to any eight-year-old. It's in my post. My theory is that he didn't do CLE, so sending in the fees would be pointless. So, yes, he was suspended for non payment of fees, but the CLE is why I don't think he paid the fees. They'd want CLE too. @Strix454 also pointed out he was actually on top of his property taxes this year.
