If I had Nick's money I'd create a doomsday cult educational campaign based around Heemeyer, natural rights, Uncle Ted, St. Davis and how to run over glowing niggers at night instead of blowing it on crack and swinging.
Used to be able to make a newsletter for that. Still, that's a good cause. I support your grassroots campaign

I’d asdume mentaly fucked up and drugs. She does not seem stable to put it nicely.
I saw her a couple of times on the STMS when I listened to Karl's Who Are These Podcasts. She did not come across as all that sharp, but now she is a moron.

Nick has this devilish ability to make everyone around him including himself retarded. Is this demonic possession or is stupidity a virus?

Spoilering it all because even I am bored.

This isn't a correction, since I know "hold yourself out as a lawyer" is a phrase generally used as a term of art meaning hanging out a shingle and advertising yourself as being a licensed lawyer legally authorized to practice law, but just claiming you're a lawyer is not necessarily illegal, much as lying about being a military veteran is not in and of itself illegal, the reason many Stolen Valor type laws were found unconstitutional when they did not include an element of fraud for advantage.

So, for instance, lying about being a lawyer in a bar to get laid or win an argument, while sleazy, is not actually illegal. You'd have to engage in the actual "practice of law," including giving legal advice, or continuing to do so to clients who did not know you no longer have a license in good standing.

This post isn't for you but for "holding yourself out" phrase non-knowers.
Agree. It's contextual - shingle or no, if you give supposed "legal" advice/ perform some lawyer service "as a lawyer" and aren't authorized, you are in violation. And though "hey, babe, I'm a lawyer" in a bar before actual admission (or when actually a pilot) isn't going to result in anything, an unauthorized person sending a letter on firm letterhead without an asterisk explaining they're not licensed and in good standing can (I am aware of at least one state that at one point would routinely send a letter to pre-admission people requesting response, and then after receiving the reply would send a "hey, don't do that" note if the person responded on firm letterhead without a disclosure that they were not yet admitted/ that they were only admitted in some other state. Lawyer gotcha.).
Question, for license to practice law, is it something that needs to be kept in continuity and once you lose it it's gone, or could he like, renew the license after it was revoked
Even if fully disbarred, you can usually (it depends on the state, but it's typical) apply for reinstatement (which may or may not be granted). So for other, lesser things like suspension or being put on an ineligible to practice status), you can also be reinstated. If all you've done is go 2 years without paying fees, then reinstatement is usually matter of paying past-due amounts and late/other fees, though depending on state if it goes longer you may also have to file a motion and could be denied. But reinstatement after bring put to non-compliance due to missing fees by a few days in MN is a matter of paying money (annual amount + late fee + reinstatement fee). Different states have different statuses and requirements.
Which is why I had engineers and accountants as an example because the main concern is presentation to the public. Corporations are in a position to assume a certain level of risk. I used to work for US company that had staff attorneys that had no US bar affiliations from any jurisdiction and transferred from a subsidiary out of the country. They did the same legal work in the US that they did abroad. They couldn't hang out a shingle because no bar affiliation but still staff attorneys. I don't even think they could be listed pro hac vice.
That gets into multi-jurisdictional practice rules and the nature of what they were doing. Without knowing context, strikes me as very unusual someone not admitted in the US was opining on US law as a lawyer without disclosing they were not US lawyers or disclaimers. I would assume that their responsibilities were limited and specific, and that there was a highly managed level of supervision for actual legal advice and other specifics.

Truthfully I don't care what happens to Aaron and April in all this, even Kayla for that matter, I only care about what's in the worst interests of Nick. I support anything that leads to the funniest and weirdest outcome for Nick so I hope everyone flips on him, I hope even his dog flips on him, that dog has seen too much.
The funniest outcome would be that he burned everything down for pussy, and that that pussy burns him in the end.

I might actually DIE of laughter. So that would be a small silver lining for Nick, I guess.

I would say he's charismatic when he wants to be. You see that trait a lot in cult leaders. Once you get past that, you start to see who he really is though, and it's ugly.

I found this funny as I was collecting tweets to update the OP with the last few months of happenings.

He contradicts himself within minutes TWICE on Twitter, and people have the receipts ready! This is what makes Nick so FUNNY!

This just speaks for itself... He does not bother to respond to this one.

I'm not sure "charismatic" is the right word. Nick was an asshole from the get go but fans celebrated it because he was being an asshole to unlikable people.

AI summary said:
In Minnesota, if an attorney fails to pay the required annual registration fees by the due date, they incur a $75 late penalty. If the fee and penalty remain unpaid by the first day of the following month, the attorney's license is automatically suspended, and an additional $100 reinstatement fee is imposed. To reinstate the license, the attorney must pay the current registration fee, the $75 late penalty, the $100 reinstatement fee, and any past-due fees (up to a maximum of six years). Once these payments are made, the suspension is lifted, but the suspension will be recorded in the attorney's registration history.

This is great. Being able to draw on literal video clips that contradict his lies. When KF has a wiki again, it's gonna be fierce.
Will she answer the call?

It will be the hardest thing but also the best thing she has ever done in her (short) life.

Nick's "charisma" mainly came from being his ability to lie convincingly and say what people wanted to hear. Much like Boogie, Nick built a mask to hide his real self and come across as Mr. Christian Family Man of Humble Origins. Nick hid his real mean streak by going after weak, acceptable targets to his audience.

Never become a fanboy of any online personality.
As many can attest, life is varied & you’ll meet a sundry of people, some with different amounts of fame or infamy. Never become a fanboy of anyone, and mos def not a super fan of some streamer. Differentiating from simply liking some thing, someone, or some show, & from being a normal or well adjusted fan. I’m talking “fanboy.”

I think of all the people I’ve met, I’ve only had a fan moment once, & it was a bit embarrassing though I tried to play it cool. Wasn’t too over the top though, so was salvaged & forgotten. I met a certain famous musician I’d admired since adolescence, & she walked up & asked to borrow something of mine. (No specifics to protect power level.) I was star struck (for the 1st & so far, only, time in my life) to the point that I made a slight faux pax. When we shook hands in introduction, I froze for a moment amazed & held her hand a split second too long. I immediately said pardon me, & handed her the thing she asked about, as we continued on. It hit me that night how weird & sometimes othering having super fans can be. Many celebrities (including infamous Internet personalities) are mostly all just normal people to themselves. Almost everyone lives their life in their own version of day in, day out, just like anyone. Fans can run the whole spectrum.

Fanboys or super fans can act up, & it can be bizarre. Nick Rekieta, infamous cuckold, druggy, & ex-lawyer, is nowhere near the celebrity of the specific musician in my memory above. In this e-celeb era, fans are still fans. Fan psychology or just the thought process behind fandom, is interesting itself. Much of that behavior is healthy & normal or fun, but when stepping into the realm of super fans, fanboys & fangirls, shit can get weird, fast. Intentionally or not. Those are wise words to never become a fanboy. Words to live by.

I didn’t see these posted yesterday (apologies if they were) but Nick returned to engage with Wil Herren’s comment section later in the day.

Insane how he thinks he’s a victim hehere.
He also seems to be placing the blame on Aaron for revealing things.
"I love Kayla, but she can't cook at all, unlike me with macaroni 😇"

I have no doubt Kayla is worse than useless, but it did amuse me that so many were taking April's word as gospel, when she's still so clearly vying to upgrade from side-piece so desperately. So subtle, so much love!
She also said she knows Nick loves his children. Specifically didn't mention Kayla.

Although Kayla is a mother of 5, who needed a nanny, despite not working, because she is essentially benzo checked out all day.

What a household.

I think all the stupid lies and hilarious excuses Nick spews is the shit that has worked well on his parents for fifteen years
I am convinced, too. I became especially convinced upon reading the testimony that Nick’s father gave in one of the child protective services case transcripts. It’s crystal fuckin’ clear that Nick is the little prince of his parents eye. The little prince who gets his way & everything handed to him. I also think that Nicks tired, worn out, constantly on repeat excuses are the same ones he’s been playing his entire life, to his delight. Especially during his adult life. He’s So. Busy. Just buy his bullshit & it’ll be alright for the exalted little Prince just biding his time.

Personally, I hoping it's the latter. Not out of any animus towards him,...
Speaking just for myself, I've got plenty of animus aimed Rekieta's way. Child neglect and outright child endangerment are unconscionable. Dirty, hungry kids fending for themselves while their parents lose themselves in sex, drugs, and booze is about as low as it goes. I'd like to see every adult involved pay the waiter for the shit they've done, whether through criminal penalties, personal ruin, or ideally both.

If any of these assholes are dumb enough to forgo a plea deal and take this to trial, most of the jurors will probably be parents who think and feel as I do and will very much want to go Old Testament on their sorry asses.
