My personal alarm bells were really ringing when people on here said he claimed he only wanted to dismantle the fan to look for secret listening devices or something similar to that. I once dealt with a friend asking for help with a relative of theirs and they were talking about something vaguely similar and I asked them straight up "are you sure this guy isn't taking anything? like even prescribed stuff" and was told it was impossible. Turns out he had been taking meth or something and was like in full on psychosis.
That Burt is in that mindset while not on meth (and supposedly unmedicated?) is quite concerning. I don't really have much personal experience with schizophrenics or even meth users though, but I would think if a paranoid schizophrenic started talking about looking for "secret listening devices" I would try to get them some professional help ASAP.

Oh that's a lot better than the other seasons then.
He's on a game show where there *are* listening devices and very well could be secret messages and he was directly told to destroy the fan. Wanting to disassemble it to look for clues is very reasonable, and it's kind of shocking no one else wanted to help him.

Also, allowing Mizzy to take the red pill has played into the Burt situation. Burt was trying to get her help to figure out the show, and she helped to maintain the charade.

I wonder what, if any, plans are in place for when the contestants do all figure out they are on a live "prank-style" show. I don't know if they plan to have a big rug pull, maybe just a gradual increase in absurdity/humiliation while hoping the prizes/$50k keep them on. I have been very entertained, but I don't want this to become Bitchtank 2.0 if they keep dropping straight male contestants. Turn tables have turned and now have me worrying about the sex ratio!!!

I'm hoping they continue to gradually increase the absurdity, and continue to secretly redpill people until it becomes the beginning of season two where everyone thinks they're the only plant, then never actually do a rug pull.

I think it could go either way and still be funny as long as the content kings stay on for long enough. What worries me is we might get another derailment like that happened when Jon ragequit Season 2.5. According to Gregg that totally derailed production's plans.

I sincerely hope they don't bring on fatty. He had a few funny moments but is basically terminally unfunny (to me at least) and would stick out like a sore thumb. When they had him get out of the sports car it almost ruined things for me entirely. I get that's he is funny for the wiggers to keep around and they want to give him a bit of a hand in life because he does seem to be genuinely nice or at least oblivious (at least the parts I have seen him in) but in terms of the actual show he would just turbo ruin it within a day. Fatty is just incapable of being subtle I think. Frank Hassle might be able to be subtle enough but its hard to say.

There are some other previous guests who I think would also ruin things pretty rapidly. I mean even seeing the guy in the fish outfit the other night moving furniture around while everyone was asleep kind of felt really out of place in this season--as soon as someone sees someone in an outfit like that I am pretty sure the entire thing will be done for (unless Burt is the only eyewitness in which case no one would probably believe him).

It seems they have been going much slower than with the other seasons though and I think people might actually be more emotionally invested in the contestants than usual (but its really hard to say). I think there is a chance that when they go full retard they may kill whatever is making the show special and making people tune in right now.

It does also feel like Burt is very much the main character for many people so once he is gone may be the point where it is worth ramping shit up spectacularly. He in particular is not stupid and I'm not sure he would actually take having people obviously try to humiliate him and that he would either walk immediately or beat the shit out of people.

Smaack sought out Ted to part her hair for her, she told Mizzy she was going to have Ted do it, so it wasn't just convenient or anything. She's fallen for the emotional vampire predator, it's over

Alex is trying to say that the cameras Vance, etc. are running around with cost 200 grand each lol.
He just said he knows these things because he's been on a lot of movie sets. He says he got paid $120 to be an extra on Desperate Housewives Season 2 Episode 4, and Outer Banks Season 3 Episode 9, if some brave soul wants to sit through an episode of Desperate Housewives to check.

Burt questioning why all the prize challenges have been won by men and the weird 'sponsors' (Dude Wipes etc.). Mizzy shows her ass a bit as a (trans)plant "These are very good sponsors and men are superior to women". Burt seems to have everything figured out, but Mizzy (who knows he's right) gaslights him and says "you're freaking everyone out. It kind of scares me a little bit. It feels like you're overthinking and paranoid."

Burt says he's going to keep his theories to himself from now on so he doesn't make anyone uncomfortable, but immediately keeps going into more. Alex has complete faith that there's absolutely nothing suspicious going on here and Burt has nothing to worry about. "Burt, everything you're thinking is nonsense. You're stressing yourself out for nothing. These guys (production) are amazing, they've overdelivered on every promise they made to us. We're making history. Most of these shows take 8-9 months to get released and these guys are editing 24 hours a day and putting out episodes in 48 hours."

Alex also just said he thinks the Famous House budget is $9 million per episode.

did not see any posts about this, gimme clocks if late.

burt asks to talk to production early this morning and gets to talk with a just woken up jet for a while.
jet tells burt that why everything is male based is because production is all male, says the sponsors are shitty and they are trying to get better ones (not wrong), the girls are not actors, jet cries because luke lied to him about a nicotine addiction and that they should have kicked him off after he got physical with wifi, and does not confirm or deny that there is a trans on the show.

RE: Burt's medication, it seems like some of y'all missed when Sam was going through their belongings while they were all distracted during the dance party. Sam finds Burt's pharm stash, said "Whoa" three times, and "This guy is like a cyborg". Later on, his pill bottles were sprawled across the air mattress and the other fish didn't seem to notice them at all lol. The timestamp from this video is the best I could find:

we saw his large quantity of medication

Burt is the best fish of all time.

(I reserve the right to take this back if he starts machete-ing people)

Hard agree.
For me S1 had it easy because it was the first season so everything was new and exciting. I pretty much skipped over S2 for the most part because I found the cast to be unremarkable (they were all super young zoomers) and I didn't watch 2.5 or bitchtank just because I didn't.

In future seasons I hope they target some slightly older contestants also. They're way more interesting.
