Sorry, but I have to give a bit of credit to Phil's "pendulum" theory, because this is what's going to happen.
He will continue streaming as he is for the rest of the year, coping about how everyone likes him and doing a few more KC collabs. Then he will start DSPolitics and just like the ReACKs, it will do well at first, Phil will act like he's become an expert because money = being right and then it will be boring. The most we'll get is some other mediocre lolcow politics show starting shit with Phil and then that will eventually die out without a big event.
Then, we'll see a bit of a struggle as Phil will inevitably piss off a whale and if his numbers don't get higher, we will see a consistent 100-150 viewers total (he will probably abandon Kick by then). Phil will only gain relevancy when he goes back to the classic loser mode where he begs and becomes desperate. Some big name will react to him, give him some temporary boost and the cycle repeats again. I think people just assume Phil will fade into obscurity, but I don't see that happening, because before that happens, Phil will grow desperate and get attention because someone is making fun of him. It's happened before and it will happen again. There's too many grifters on the internet, one will eventually laugh at Phil and start the cycle because Phil won't be happy with 100 viewers and just one whale doing everything, and even if he is, someone will eventually comment on that oddity.
I'm really looking forward to DSPolitics because Phil is quite possibly the most incurious person I've seen on the internet. We've seen this with the reacts and his gameplay, but Phil has absolutely zero interest in learning anything. Even his precious SF6 he couldn't be bothered to actually learn it, and every time something he doesn't get appears, he just says it makes no sense. He truly, truly hates learning anything because he just assumes he knows everything already, so every new thing he doesn't get is instantly nonsense that defies reality. Phil sees a puzzle and it's like seeing a glitch in reality for him, he can't even process the idea and moves along.
He's also a severly unintelligent person. We know Phil doesn't read, he's not someone who even knows basic concepts of economy (or whatever he studied in college). He's not the kind of guy to pick up a book, as much as he wants to act like he's this educated, street smart individual, he doesn't have either. He's not even close to the "code monkeys" he looks down upon so much, nor he has the discipline to sit and learn any concept that requires any sort of analysis. If he can't even be bothered to learn a mechanic on a videogame for children, what is he going to do when he sees a topic that requires a bit of knowledge of, say, the Constitution or how Congress works? We know the answer, and that's the beauty of it.
We also have that Phil is a complete hermit. Not even like a guy who doesn't go out much, this guy has no friends and no family to spend time with, he has zero human contact beyond Kat (and that's being generous) and he also has no idea how people live. He's spent the last 15 years completely isolated, and before that his social life was exclusively playing at arcades, so what kind of life experience can Phil use? If anything, we may get some new stories about his time at the helicopter company or have the same 5 stories re-used every time to illustrate a topic.
Not that there was any doubt, but DSPolitics will really, really expose just how utterly fucking dumb Phil really is. If he looks stupid when talking about a topic he should know, imagine him talking about topics he legit has no idea.
